Lanterns for Literacy establishes a tradition of reading stories on summer evenings to children gathered near the glow of a welcoming lantern. Coleman proudly sponsors Lanterns for Literacy through donations of lanterns. Each newly formed group receives a lantern, which signals the children in the neighborhood that a reading will take place that evening.
