Rated 4 out of 5 by codyutah from Pretty good coffee pot I bought this coffee pot to take deer hunting. We had really cold weather with a lot of wind this year. The coffee took a really long time to brew because it was so cold. If I put it in the back of my truck that has a topper it was much better. I think for the most part this coffee pot will work great camping in the outdoors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jodeta from Major disappointment! My kids gave me this for Mother's Day and I was super excited. First camping trip with the family I got it out and made coffee. The lid above the water reservoir warped, as it perked it spit hot water out of the top, took a very long time to finish perking, and when it did finish we had to add several more cups of water and wait again for it to finish (so much had "spit" out the top). Sad to say, but it was not a quality Coleman product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by camper007 from very slow and not complete pot of coffee I have used the coffee maker many times camping. It is very very slow brewing! I mean it take 30 minutes to 1 hour or more for it to brew a pot of coffee. when the water reservoir is empty, I have ONLY 1/2 to maybe 3/4 of a pot of coffee. I like the coffee maker. would recommend it. If anyone can advise if I am doing some thing wrong or do I have a bad coffee maker for taking so long to brew?

Rated 4 out of 5 by CC21 from Durable Our Scout troop has two of the coffee makers for the adults. It gets a good workout during the weekend and week long campouts. The only drawback of the coffeemaker is the little black plug/valve in the water chamber comes out and could or would get lost. If the plug could be permanently attached I would rate this coffeemaker with 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Susubel from Makes great coffee! We took the QuikPot up to Mammoth last weekend on a camping trip and found it made great coffee and was easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that the design of the filter/coffee container has a poor design and can be a challenge to get into place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fran5 from Bad purchase I purchased this coffee maker because we were camping with another family and needed more coffee! The coffee took forever to brew. The water would fill up in the drip cup and not drain into the pot. If we sat and used a long stick to push the lever we could brew the coffee. All the pieces are plastic and just don’t work well. I would not recommend this product. We will be going back to percolator coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Old fisherman from Fisherman's dream I've used this coffee pot on my boat, on the shore and on the back of the pickup. It's perfect and fast. It doesn't involve having to use a camp stove of any kind. I can be sitting in a hard line on the Columbia River making coffee waiting for my salmon to attack. I bought one for my son he takes it steelhead fishing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by indyjack from A VAST DISAPPOINTMENT this is not an efficient system... the burner overheats the water in the cool water reservoir..making it impossible for the water to flow correctly by science into the drip system. I am extremely disappointed and went back to my old aluminum drip system from the 1960s.
