Rated 3 out of 5 by MNWILLIAMS from Please make replacement canopy! I’ve owned this canopy for three years and use it on weekends for soccer and volleyball tournaments. The frame is still in great condition and I’m just starting to notice small holes in the canopy. Why should I have to throw away a perfectly good frame when all I need is a replacement canopy. COME ON COLEMAN, help reduce what ends up in a landfill and sell a replacement canopy for this product! This is the lightest 13x13 popup on the market, every time I put it up people ask me where I purchased it. I will no longer recommend this product because how can I stand behind a product that promotes wastefulness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RowlettKing from Tent Breaking apart!!! I purchased this tent 2 years ago and have used it twice!! This is the third time I have put it up and discovered that all of the hardware parts have stress crack or completely broken. The tent has been taken down properly and stored properly with nothing being stacked on top of it. I am sure from reading other review about this product that I am out of luck getting replacment parts. Real bummer of a company that has been a standard for camping equipment for many, many years.I certainly hope that some Colemen company rep read this and responds with some help. Look at the pics closely to see stress cracks and broken strut brackets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MOOSE from Great when used for it's intended purpose. Lot's of poor reviews by people who use it as a permanent Sun shade, which is not what this is. I have had my Sun shade for four years and it is still in great shape. We have used it as a temporary canopy for our kid's sporting events and have zero complaints. It has been through rain storms and 110 degree heat and is still in great shape. If you follow the directions it will last for years. If you are looking for a permanent shelter you need to spend the money for a permanent shelter instead of trying to buy something cheaper and then blame the product for not living up to your expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lake Lovr from excellent canopy I own 2 of these and they are fantastic! The fabric reflects heat so you don't bake under it in direct sun. I live on a lake and use it on my dock. Tie it to the poles with the legs at lowest setting so the wind doesn't jack the legs around. This is not intended to be left up all summer in all weather. The sun will rot this if left up for extended periods just like it will rot any fabric, and this is thin fabric so do the math! Works great in rain also.Only had one tear up and it was left on my dock in a bad wind/rain storm and as expected it broke all to heck. Use common sense, these are TEMPORARY shelters. I take mine down after each weekend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Camping18 from Bought it yesterday.....big mistake. We are camping in Virginia and it was predicted to ran for the next couple of days so after considering buying this canopy for a while we bought it yesterday and put it up right away. Well today it’s raining and our picnic table in the middle of the canopy is all wet from the water that is coming through the seams and not the top vents. The wind is not blowing at all. Yea and it’s Memorial Day so don’t try calling Coleman cause nobody’s there. I can’t wait to see what I am instructed to do when I finally get their customer service person. I hope I didn’t waste my money on this canopy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Westsidecobra4 from Broke after second day We bought this tent and after the second day on the beach the locking mechanisms would not work. An interior pole also snapped when trying to take it back down. We managed to get the locking mechanisms flushed out with hose water and they began to work again but there was very minimal sand that came out. Needless to say it’s useless now bc we can’t even find the correct replacement pole on the website to use and we definitely won’t get before our beach trip is over if ordered now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Toronja from PLEASE MAKE A REPLACEMENT CANOPY This product is not very practical since the canopy tears in a short period of time but Coleman does not make a replacement canopy. I have a perfectly good frame but a torn canopy. I refuse to pay for another Coleman product for this reason.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kathie B from just set up - worst directions ever We just purchased this item and tried to set it up using the directions. I have to say that they are the worst directions I’ve ever read. We got on YouTube and found a video that a Chinese couple put out ( only stating this so that you were aware that the little verbiage in the video is in Chinese) but we watched them carefully and saw how to actually put this up. The printed directions that are included with the product are very incomplete. They don’t show that, after putting the canopy on and attaching it via Velcro, that you have to get under the canopy and start pushing it up. Then, you push the corners down to make the canopy taut. This is a critical part of putting this thing up.
