After replacing batteries, I cannot get the bottom to close. It seems spring loaded and I see the direction it is suppose to close. When I try to just open it again to recheck the battery position, it seems to be spring loaded and will not come out.

We went camping this weekend and it was the 2nd time using this lantern. &nbsp;The power knob on top cracked and I need plyers to turn it on and off now.&nbsp;

We purchased this lantern just over a year ago, and have enjoyed camping with it. Unfortunately the plastic inside the knob broke and we can't turn it on. Can we get replacement knobs?
