I accidentally opened the cap where I thought the batteries went in and the gold cap and spring fell off and now I can&rsquo;t seem to get all pieces back together. Help please. Thanks.

We understand that you want to know how to replace the new battery in your Coleman&reg; BatteryGuard&trade; 300M Flashlight, and we're sorry to hear you're having difficulty opening it. We'd like to let you know that you can replace the battery in the flashlight by opening the tail cap. To open it, simply turn it counterclockwise.
