Rated 2 out of 5 by tacomaster from The burner is fine, the screws don't fit These grills aren't meant to be consumer serviced, you have to take 14 screws off even to get to the burners. Most of the screws were rusted in place and practically have to strip them to get them out. Then, when you finally get to the burner and replace it, the screws that were included with the burner won't go in without crossthreading. I ended up putting the old rusty screws back in because at least they would thread. I really wish there were better screws with this burner, and used something other than phillips head, like torx or hex that won't slip out and strip the screw head. Also, the metal is pretty thin for the burner, the first set only lasted 3 years until it rusted enough to cause holes to fall apart and make the flame uneven. The grill is under a patio and is also covered with the official cover when not in use. This will probably be the only time I replace them, as I expect the rest of the grill to fall apart in the next 3 years before the burners fail again.
