Rated 1 out of 5 by from A 5-hrs Cooler NOT 5-Days!!! I was hoping this would be the one, but just like my ex, I was sadly mistaken. After reading some not-so-good reviews, I still decided to give this cooler a chance because I refused to believe that Coleman would continue to sell a subpar product to its loyal customers. So, before going on an upcoming camping trip, I wanted to test the 5-day guarantee, so I placed a bag of ice in the cooler and set it in my kitchen, with an inside ambient temperature of 75°. However, nearly the entire bag was melted 5 hours later. The wheels are wobbly, and like others have stated, the handle is extremely flimsy. Is this really the quality that Coleman stands behind? And why would they keep selling this cooler knowing that on average the 5-day claim was not true. I'm extremely disappointed and now have to go through the hassle of making a return. I will not purchase another Coleman cooler. 😤

Purchased a few years ago and use it for a week at an annual charity event and whilst it claims to keep the ice cold for 5 days, we rarely got more than 2 days before restocking it with more ice. Also this year the wheels just came off whilst cleaning! Apparently the "Hard" sturdy casing wasn't enough to keep the rod and wheels from falling off. There is an online "hack" using mending plates to correct this but Coleman should've done a better job in the initial manufacturing process instead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot recommend. 1) As many others here have noted the handle is complete junk. Hard to telescope in and out and poorly made. Mine lasted less than 1 trip. 2) The 5 days of ice retention at 90 degrees claim is a joke. Less than 24 hours at 75 degrees and all the ice was water. Definitely would not buy again, now I'm wondering what else Coleman is skimping on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Axle and Wheels keep falling off. This cooler works ok, won’t keep ice for more than 24hrs but even more annoying is the axle and wheels keep falling off. It seems the actual cooler mold will not hold the axle in place and it just pops off. I wold returen it but I received it as a gift and don’t want to ask for the receipt.

However the telescopic handle has always been a problem and once we took the plug out to drain, we cannot get it back in. We’re very disappointed in this cooler.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Drain Cover needs replacing - but not available The drain spout somehow adjusted shape so the drain cover no longer will attach. I've only used this cooler a couple times and now it's useless. I can't seem to find replacement parts. Looks like there are none available. :(
