The weight of the cooler is light therefore allows for more weight to be added, with drinks and ice. The design is so basic. I do not like the way the lid is connected could have covered the screws. The inside of the cooler is basic. Good for camping or the beach. There is no real se of water spot, makes it difficult to empty. Finally, some may like that the lid closes and will not stay open without holding the lid. For me this is not beneficial, if I am using both hands to add drinks or ice someone else needs to hold it open, or I guess I can use my third hand? Overall, it’s a cooler. If you want you very basic cooler, at a reasonable price for the size, this cooler is for you. Otherwise invest more or buy a smaller cooler with better features.

This cooler is going to be great for the summertime road-trips, beach & camping trips, or even just grocery runs to keep frozen things cold on the way home! The handles are easy to flip up and use to carry as well. I also love the nice blue color! This cooler will be getting tons of use from my family! 10/10

I love the bright blue color and it’s SUPER easy to move around because it is lightweight. It’s also easy to carry because of the sliding handles on either side. It’s the perfect size and doesn’t take up a ton of space in storage, but can hold the right amount of drinks/snacks. This cooler will be a staple this summer!

I have always seen these in the stores and when I had the opportunity to get this one, I HAD to take it. I used it New Years Eve to hold all kinds of drinks and I was thinking there’s no way the next day it will have ice in it. Sure enough it lasted MORE than 24 hrs with ice in it. 10/10 Recommend!

Very durable as well as very affordable for how big this cooler is! Have used this at family gatherings and everyone loved it as it holds a lot and keeps drinks and whatnot cooler for longer. Cleanup is easy and also doesn’t take up as much room in SUV which is nice when packing SUV.

But I can look past that as the cooler is well insulated and can fit a lot. I tested the size originally with a 30 pack of soda. Even with a 30 pack it still has a ton of room! It’s roomy but compact to fit perfectly in a wagon.

I love taking it camping because it really does keep things cold for days at a time. I love the freezable divider, and when I add more smaller hard ice packs I don’t really even need to add ice, which is remarkable! So super stoked on this cooler!

It's a good size. Not too big nor small. It's very lightweight and overall very appealing. I did give a 4 star simply cuz its a little flimsy. Not the heavy duty you'd expect from Coleman. Either way it works nicely and keeps a chill.

The large capacity allowed me to put everything in at once. The cooler didn’t leak and kept all beverages cool that day and much of the next day. I liked the handles because they easily slide straight up to make for easy lifting. The cooler is multifunctional and sturdy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by killerbugz from I am amazed A plain, basic cooler may seem like a really weird thing to get all excited about, but I have a story to tell - my kid was moving out of a rental and had a freezer full of meat we didn't want to lose. So I bought 3 of these on clearance at Lowes in desperation. We unloaded the freezer around noon on Wednesday into two of the coolers - mostly chicken, with some sausage here and there. The coolers sat out on the front porch in 80+ F weather (with about 80% humidity) until we loaded them into the car, then drove halfway home. They spent the night in the car, then we drove the rest of the way home. Unloaded the cooler at 3pm, over 24 hours after everything came out of the freezer, and to my shock - the top layer of chicken was partly defrosted, but the rest was still solid. After at least 27 hours out of the freezer! Yes, the cooler doesn't have wheels or cupholders, but it sure does have some amazing insulation. Highly recommend.

There is plenty of space to store and keep all kinds of foods and drinks cool. The filler was exposed in a lot of areas tho so I worry about how well it will actually do. It’s very easy for water to get in and possibly cause mold.

It seems to hold all the contents for a good amount of time. The only thing I do not like that the lid does not seem to stay up on its own. You have to hold it up while we’re getting things out of the cooler.

I thought it might be an error so I ordered a 3rd one. That too had no plug!! How about some quality control and/or better descriptions? So inconvenient to try and return.

I hosted a house warming party recently and I was able to fit several drinks (bottles/cans), as well as a couple bottles of wine and a mixed drink pitcher. It kept everything nice and cold for hours, and was easy to clean the next day.

The coolers work well keeping the hot meals hot to the very end of our delivery route, which is approximately 2 1/2 hours long. And the cold meals stay cold for the duration of the delivery route.

The handles flip which is a nice touch, though they don't feel as sturdy as previous coolers I've had in the past. Overall, I'd recommend this item to my peers.

We normally have to take 2 coolers with a family of 4 but the Coleman 48QT cooler was perfect with room to spare. It is rugged and sturdy for Those tumbles they often take on loading and unloading for camping trips.

It can hold all of your drinks, snacks and keep everything nice and cold for you. It's only downfall is it doesn't have a drain plug, but that's ok!

If you push it open enough to make it stay it sounds like the lid will break off

It does not have wheels, but it has handles on the sides that makes it easier to transport or carry. This cooler is great for backyard bbqs or camping.

The only thing I wish to add to this is a spout to drain the water once the ice melts. Otherwise great product!
