Nice Cooler on Wheels
Used this cooler for a couple of days while replacing the siding outside on the house. Comfortable to sit on and kept the drinks cold. It says it will keep ice for four days. However after about two days all the ice was melted and it wasn’t very hot outside. Upper 70s is as hot as it got so I figured the ice would last a lot longer.

Wonderful cooler
This cooler worked so great. I love the handle being on the back, it really helps with pulling it evenly and the weight being centered. We use it at the lake and it rolled very well getting down to the boat. With it being so hot in the south I found that it kept ice much longer than our other coolers. With having kids on the boat it would get opened a lot, so I was very impressed. The cup holders on the top are great if you are using it just outside but didn't work so well on the boat, but just because of the waves. Overall it is a wonderful cooler.

Ice melts in hours
Worst cooler ever. I bought this for a camping trip in the Mohave. I needed something to keep food cool. The 2 bags of complete melted by the end of the first day. The temperature did not even hit 90°! We had to end our trip 2 early since half of our food was waterlogged, and the rest was unsafe to eat.
The store would not take the defective cooler back so we are also out the money we wasted on the piece of junk.
This cooler has completely turned us off Coleman. How can we trust them when they would let such a horrible and dangerous product go to sale.

Great Cooler
I used this cooler on several different occasions and it performed great each time. The first being a family picnic, then a camping weekend and finally for a softball game. Each time it kept the food/beverages cold and fresh. The capacity is huge (no problem carrying enough food and drink for the entire camping/hiking weekend!
Also, it is very durable and well built. No issues dragging it across parking lot and through rough terrain getting to my daughter's softball game. I am very happy with this cooler.

NOT DURABLE
Received for Fathers Day 2023, used on July 4th without issues. Two weeks later took the cooler down a finished concrete path, hub and wheel fell off. I reattached both and finished the day without another issue. Used again two weeks later, both wheels fell off while walking 50ft down the concrete driveway to load in my truck. Each use contained the same contents: 5lbs ice, 24 20oz waters, 24 12oz cans. Would not recommend if you plan on using this to roll across any other surface than a glass table top.

Great Functional Cooler - Just Sold My Old One :-)
I wanted to start off by saying I have way too many coolers, I have top-tier brands all the way down to Quicktrip Styrofoam, so when I received my new 65qt 5861, I wanted to ensure it was ready to be tested. Boy was I happy with the results. The wheels are super smooth and the carry handle allows for quick and easy movement. I was so impressed, I just sold my older Coleman Cooler just this week on FaceBook Marketplace and will now use my new 316 going forward. You just cant beat a Coleman Cooler!

The One Cooler to Rule Them All!
We use this cooler when we go to the lake on the weekends, and it can hold all the drinks and snacks you and your family could need. The ice does not melt for several hours, and the wheels make it so nice for transporting and moving it around on different terrains. We also use the COLEMAN - 316 COOLER 65QT WHL 5861 RCK/W/RCK C2 at home on the patio when we have friends and family over. When you're outside enjoying a cold drink and the weather is just right, you do not want to get up and walk inside for another drink. With this big boy, we can keep it stocked and just grab one and not miss a beat while playing yard bowling or horseshoes. This cooler is the big one, it's the one that's gonna keep all the things nice and cold and you won't have worry about whether or not you can fit everything in it. We love it!

Kept everything Cold
We had to take a short notice trip a few states away so my new Coleman 316 series came in handy I was able to pack ice and ice packs plenty of water and sodas tons of snacks and still plenty of room for my insulin pack every time we stopped I checked the cooler and everything was cold and it stayed that way until we got to our destination I love the handle on it and of course the wheels I will always trust a Coleman Cooler

Perfect size and durable
I love that this was large enough to hold enough for our bigger family. But also on the taller slimmer side. So it easily fit in the back on a full van without having to move things around! Also easy to transport on wheels and a pull up handle! A plug to drain when your done using it. Plus benefit of little holders on time when closed! Perfect for our long softball tournament weekends!

Great Cooler
Bought this for a cookout last Saturday. Filled it with pop and water and ice for the kids. Sunday morning still plenty of ice and the drinks cold so opened the drain plug and the top so that ice would melt and drain. Tuesday morning still had a little ice and the water and remaining drinks very cold. Top had remained open since Sunday morning.

It's HUGE
I received this huge Coleman's cooler in exchange for my honest feedback. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this big lol it's huge and is so much easier to use at the river and beach (I live in Florida) it's smooth and carries enough for lunch and all our drinks, plus it has 4 drinks spots on top to hold whatever you're drinking. I love it!

Heavy Duty
This Coleman cooler is super heavy duty. We go camping and do slot of outdoor activities, so this is perfect for us. It has a durable handle and wheels to take it anywhere. Plus with its narrower design, it’s easier to pack and load up in any vehicle. its holds a decent amount of food or beverages. It stays cold for a really long time as well.

Doesn't keep ice for even one day...
Have had this cooler for a few years now. Have tried multiple techniques to get the cooler to keep ice. Everything from pre chilling it to loading it up with only frozen items. Kept in an air-conditioned car, this thing let the ice melt after 24 hours, day after day... Other people don't seem to be having this problem. Maybe ours is defective?

Nice if it had a drain plug
I bought two of these on Amazon. One arrived without the drain plug. I contacted Coleman who reached out ans asked a few questions (model #, etc). I responded but they would not get back to me afterwards. Ignored several emails. I then went back to Amazon, who avoided trying to fix it and pointed me back to Coleman. Super frustrating.

Keeps the ice for days!
Loving my new Coleman 316 Series 65 Quart Hard Cooler. We went camping in the desert, it was around 100 degrees and our ice stayed for days. It also has great capacity and is super durable. I also love the cupholders on the lid. And who doesn't love a cooler with sturdy wheels. I will probably be buying another. Highly recommend!

This cooler is very lightweight, super easy to pull or push along! It's more deep then wide so I feel it holds alot more! It keeps my food and drinks cold for days! Very easy to drain and dry for next time! We use it when the refrigerator is full and need some extra space. Also to the lake for some enjoyment!

Very spacious interior - Good size
I live in Charleston SC and very few coolers would last 4 days and keep everything cold. The Coleman 316 65 quart only kept things cool for 2 days. However, I seldom use it for 4 days. Mostly use one to cool drinks when the grands come over for a picnic. This particular cooler has only been used once and the wheel mechanism broke the first time and was only half full with ice and drinks. The left wheel just curved/swiveled to the outside and you couldn’t roll it. Thus I had to switch to a different cooler. I have a bad back and unable to lift heavy objects. Thus I purchased a rolling cooler. The other foreseeable problem is the drain … which sits off the back side underneath the cooker. When you tilt the cooler fully loaded, it’s drags on the drain plug and eventually it’s going to damage the drain/plug; poor design. The rest of the cooler is very well built with spacious interior, 4 cup holders in the top, tops closes and seals well, telescoping handle. The unit also serves as an additional seat.

This cooler is a great alternative to the more expensive brands. It’s sturdy, the wheels are nice, the handle feels nice and strong, and it’s a great size. Visually I also love the color of this cooler- it’s different enough that you won’t lose track of it at a cook out or other event.

It's a simple cooler that stands taller than others, and looks good too. This cooler is like an empty box inside! Lot's of room and sturdy. This cooler fits perfectly along side the motor, behind the driver's seat. This is huge and sturdy very good product.

I absolutely love this cooler!
Pros:
1) It's a really good size. It can hold a lot, but it doesn't seem too big.
2) The wheels and expanding handle make it really easy to transport to and from the car.
3) It keeps stuff cold for a really long time! We used it for drinks on Saturday. We put ice and salt in there to make it colder. I left the cooler outside to see how long it could keep the drinks cold. There was still ice in the cooler on Tuesday (only a little). The water and drinks were still ice cold on Wednesday. I should note that it was 90 degrees outside pretty much every day from Sunday to Wednesday.
4) It is sturdy enough to sit on. I briefly sat on it.
5) I love the color. It's perfect!
Cons:
1) The side handles feel a little awkward to me. I actually ended up gripping other things while trying to get it in and out of the car.
2) The expanding handle gets stuck occasionally. I couldn't get it all the way up without jiggling it quite a bit.
Overall, I love this cooler! I would definitely recommend it!!

Not reliable
It says that it cools for 4 days went camping in 30-40 degrees and had to replace the ice every day. Then the handle wouldn’t lift up. Was not a good product.
