ice for 5 days ???? maybe in alaskaI bought this cooler for a 4 night camping trip and was sold on the "Ice for 5 days claim." Our test run in our apartment before hand all the ice melted by the morning. I had to buy and refill this cooler often during our trip. Might work best in the midwest or north or for winter camping. We just used it for the second time this past weekend and the plastic part that plugs the water was broken and everything in my back was wet after the 2 hour car ride to the campsite. Not impressed. We bought a lot of Coleman brand products and I wish I did more research first as this is not the only product we had issues with. Hoping they can send me something to plug it up so we can still use it.

DisappointedI have owned and currently own many Coleman products.I am a loyal Coleman customer, recently I purchased the 50gt extreme wheeled cooler. I am disappointed to report that the telescoping handle failed after a short time. I bought this cooler at Cabalas and paid a premium price. I am disabled and the handle was a factor in my decision to purchase. Now I'm stuck with a cooler that I cannot use as I intended to....not what I've come expect from Coleman!

Not able to "Handle"I bought this cooler after my first Coleman cooler (1985) finally held its last ice cube. I loved it, which is why i bought a new one. I was glad to see one that i could wheel around. I have had it less than six months. Within two months, the handle started getting jammed. sometimes it will work but most times it does not. This is very frustrating. Because of that, i cannot endorse this product. I'll have to look for another brand, i guess.;

Ice for 5 days...not a chanceWe bought this cooler because it claimed to keep ice for 5 days. I put ice in it in the middle of the afternoon, by 8am the next morning it's all water. Very disappointing!

Wheels outWe bought the cooler because of size, long telescopic handle, and brand reputation. Day one -not been used yet- and the wheel came off as I was transporting from our car trunk to the inside of the house. Having troubles since then because the wheel keep getting lose.

Handy handle—NOTGot this as a gift and have used it less than a half dozen times. That telescoping handle was a joke from day one. Just tried to move a cooler of lobsters from our boat to the car with a ridiculously short handle that would not telescope, therefore making it impossible to roll. I surely hope that everyone who watched us struggle to drag that cooler up the ramp and over to the car took a good look at the Coleman Xtreme brand plastered on it. What a hunk of junk. Sure wish we could get some satisfaction from this major brand, but I know that isn’t going to happen

Stays cold overnight and through the next dayI use this cooler on the patio when we entertain at the cottage. We use a larger cooler for adult beverages and this one for soda. I can leave it out for a couple of days and the contents remain cold.
I also use this cooler when my mass arrival formation flying group, Cherokees to Oshkosh, flies in to the world's largest airshow. It helps me haul luggage to my tent (set up by the airplane) and doubles as a seat next to my collapsible table. And... of course it keeps my beverages and breakfast food cold. In 2020 we will have 60 airplanes in formation and my cooler will be with me as always.

Wheels don't stay attachedIt's a great cooler, only problem I have is the wheels. They have worn the axle area out, so they don't stay together anymore. Coleman you need to figure another way for wheels to stay attached!!!! I would only recommend cooler if y'all figured a new system out for wheels.
