Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bag for most travel needs! This Coleman Broadview 59 Backpack Duffel Bag is the perfect bag for travel. I've used this bag for regular travel and hiking as well. Not only is this bag super sturdy with durable deep green material, but the back pack straps make it versatile and easy to travel with. There is so much space in here I can pack everything I need yet it's still so comfortable to wear.i counted about 8 zippers/pockets so I have a space for everything I need and it all stays secure. I love the design of this bag so much and there's enough straps to carry it comfortably either as a duffel or backpack depending on my needs. I've already recommended this bag to family and friends!

The transition between styles is also pretty smooth. The bag has plenty of space and a well-thought out layout with several compartments that make organizing a breeze. I like that there’s a separate section for shoes perfect if you’re packing a variety of items. The material feels durable, so it seems like it could handle some heavy use. One thing to keep in mind is that when it’s fully packed, it might feel a bit bulky as a backpack, but that’s fairly common with hybrid bags like this.

The backpack straps are padded and super sturdy with the chest strap clip to really help where the bag is heavy. The duffel component fantastic as well. With the rigid framing it holds it shape well but also packs down well as well and isn’t super bulky for the cupboard spaces we have. Now if the backpack component isn’t your thing the straps can be tucked away as well with a storage section for them. Super convenient. Lots of pockets on the bag as well for easy access and sorting access too. It’s a great travel bag and my go to weekend bag now cause it’s so flexible and perfect in size.

It is extremely durable from the straps to the zipper, it is all very well made. This bag is very versatile given that you can wear it as a backpack or carry it by the straps like a duffel bag which will both be useful in different scenarios. There are just the right amount of storage compartments for this size of duffel bag and they’re perfectly placed on the interior and exterior of the bag. It is super comfortable and easy to carry especially since you have two ways of carrying it. Highly recommend this duffel bag for a travel bag, emergency bag, you name it.

It’s really well-made and sturdy. My favorite part of this is the top. It opens up all the way and stays open! The backpack straps are a nice touch, but I can’t see myself wearing it like a backpack (I’m a shorty). The bag is spacious, I can easily pack a week’s worth of clothes and toiletries inside. The material is also easy to clean, I spilled some coffee on it and was able to wipe it off. It’s the perfect duffel for trips and for camping.

The mix of backpack straps and duffel handles is really convenient—makes it easy to switch up how I carry it, especially when it’s fully packed. It is very versatile. You can carry it by the handles or use it as a backpack, which I really love. It has so much storage and has multiple compartments to keep everything organized. I love how it fits so much stuff, yet it's still very comfortable to carry or wear as a backpack. This is a perfect bag to travel with and looks like it will hold up for a long time. I definitely recommend this to friends and family.
