Rated 3 out of 5 by danielled305 from It’s a chair This chair is what it is. A simple folding camping chair that is functional and comfortable and doesn’t weigh much. My issue with these chairs is how overpriced they’ve become. And how it seems impossible to find one without mesh. I am not a fan of the mesh. I go camping in a colder climate and don’t want holes in the back of my chair. I’m sure it’s great if you’re at the beach or in your backyard in the summertime. But its easier to lean forward when your back gets hot than it is to drag a blanket out of the tent when it gets cold. Personal taste, but I feel like this design has taken over all brands and varieties of camping chair.

We use them when we go camping and for years we used them at the kids practices, games and Scouting and school events. They are pretty sturdy and we never had any problems with them breaking. Living in New Mexico there is mostly sand wherever you go so if you don't have these chairs you would be sitting on the sand which is pretty uncomfortable and dangerous with these sand burs that stick to everything and hurt like the dickens. If you have a lot of outdoor activities that you need a portable chair I highly recommend these. Some of ours we purchased over 20 years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Replacing an old friend Got this chair several (6+) years ago as a present. It was very comfortable from day one. If I camped during winter, a blanket in the chair kept the heat in. Never broke a sweat in the summer. The mesh works great. After 100s of trips, the 2 screws in the front legs finally gave up the fight and broke. I am not a small person. 6' 3" and @ 280bs. Don't think they consider this a big & tall chair but it fit well in it and it held up for years of abuse. I'm buying another one. Definitely recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Southeast from Most folding chairs are small and uncomfortable But this chair is large enough for a man and comfortable. The mesh makes it cooler which is a big deal for me. Great chair but Coleman, please make this in another color - I hate orange!!!

Sitting outside in a Coleman chair is more convenient and comfortable as it is portable ✓ the nylon mesh and seating allows extra weight and ventilation ✓ easy to fold ✓ has its own carrying bag✓ there is a neat cup holder for my McDonald's coffee ✓ you can use for camping as well or the beach✓. You can find this chair at Walmart for about $24.99 or Coleman.com. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nestorpi from Heavy duty and convenient I received the Coleman Chair Quad In exchange for my honest review from Influenster and Coleman. The chair to start off with came very nicely packaged and no damage whatsoever. The chair is easy to setup and does not need no instructions, just take it out the box and unfold it and take it out the bag it comes with and ta-da! It is also very comfortable and has a weight limit of 260 with 2 cup holders and back pouch. Also, it has great stability to make sure you don’t fall off and it works amazingly and is travel friendly.
