Hi there! Thank you for contacting Coleman, the Outdoor Company. We understand that your Coleman RoadTrip X-Cursion 2 Burner Propane Gas Portable Grill is not level, We would be delighted to answer your inquiry, Please follow these steps to resolve the issue. First, flip the grill over and place it on a soft surface. 2nd, extend the legs and put the ends of the left leg into leg brackets and attach the right leg to the grill base with bolt 3rd Insert the towing handle into the right leg and Press buttons in on towing handle while sliding the towing handle into the right leg. Continue sliding into right leg until buttons lock into place. We hope we were able to provide you with an answer to your question. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you. I purchased this barbecue today and the assembly was fairly simple. There seems to be an issue is the leg locker does not align with the latch. Seems like there's no way to put it on regardless of the direction the legs are installed. Will send pictures.
