Rated 5 out of 5 by SeaBee from Fast setup and take down. Amazing instant set up tent with hinged door. Used three times, in wind and heavy rain. Stayed dry. Love the hinged door. My husband loves to tell everyone he sets it up in 2min., he had us time him, 6 min. taking it down totally packed up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Beckham from Good tent, poor functionality Bought this tent at Costco. Brought it home and set it up by myself without much difficulty. However, after using it in the field, the expandable poles failed. They deploy, but are very difficult to return to their stowing position. I had to use pliers to un jam them in order to return to the bag. Last trip, one refused to return to its original stow position and we had to get it in the car without folding the tent up. Great tent in size and weather proofing, but very disappointed. Returning it to Costco and getting another brand. Not recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ngrout from Very Quick setup Roomy tent that goes up quick. Father and 9 year old put up in about 1 minute. Comes down quick as well. Expandable tent bag eliminates hassles trying to get the tent back into the bag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by suds74 from Great size, can't handle the winds! I bought to use with my family for Cub Scouts. Mostly camping at a local farm or at the Cub Scout camp. Well over the course of four years, I went through two of these tents. Regular old wind blasted the tent and busted the knuckles on the poles and the tent wouldn't stand up anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lyarrt from Wouldn’t wish this on my worst of enemies Received this tent as a present, and went to go use it the first time a little over a year later (parents thought I would start taking my family camping with 4 1.5-year olds). Discovered that one of the corner poles does not extend fully (and therefore does not lock) on the upper half of the tent. Not sure if it’s this problem or the actual design of the tent, but it is terribly unstable without the top canopy attached and stacked down. Just completed my third outing with this hunk of wannabe scrap (first time was with a group of people who rave about this type of tent and made sure I knew how to set it up), and at this point, I would rather just destroy the thing. Maybe I got a dud, maybe it’s that I don’t personally like the design and would prefer the ability to replace a single pole of that was the problem rather than carrying the entire thing. Or it could be how I talk to my friends that are in the IT world about Windows, and they hate it because it buries everything they know why to do with to maximize the performance, but for me it’s fine because I don’t know enough to know better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by UpperLeftCoastCamper from Great for our family This is a good tent we have used it twice in the northwest during full days of pouring rain. The bottem did get some holes from the gravel but, we plan to patch them up. We have had this tent for two years now and still love it.
