Description
Control how bright you want the light with the Coleman® CPX® 6 Multi-Purpose 190L LED Lantern. This 360° light has high, low and nightlight settings. It shines 190 lumens up to 88 hours on its highest setting and 100 lumens up to 105 hours on the lowest. CPX® 6 system compatibility lets you choose your power: four D-cell batteries or one CPX® 6 rechargeable power cartridge. A frosted globe creates soft, ambient light. The reduced-glare LED lasts a lifetime, so it never needs replacing and it runs cool so it's always safe to touch, even when it's been on for hours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Rechargeable Battery The rechargeable battery only lasted about 2 years and then would no longer charge. Very disappointed. To replace the battery I almost need to pay the price of a whole new lantern. I will never by a coleman lantern again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sufficient light but TOO BRIGHT We had borrowed a lantern like the ones we ordered and really loved them. The one we borrowed had a frosted “glass” cover. The ones we received are so bright that we have to put it behind something in order not to blind us. Other than the brightness, it serves it’s purpose well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery Packs do not make connection I received as a gift. In order to make it work with 4 "D" cells, I have to use a strip of tin foil over the top of the batteries, in order for the "D" cells to make a contact. The Metal on the top of the battery pack to do this, just does not work. It took me a while to find out why, was not getting any voltage out of battery pack.
