Additional Information

Setting up your home base is easy with the Coleman® Longs Peak™ Fast Pitch™ 6-Person Dome Tent. The Fast Pitch™ system uses pre-attached poles and hub, fast fit feet and snag-free Insta-Clip™ suspension to let you set up your tent 40% faster than a comparable Coleman® tent with conventional setup. If it rains, the included rainfly and the WeatherTec™ system with its patented welded floors and inverted seams will help you stay dry. Additionally, a door awning helps to keep the water out. Illumiline™ reflective guy lines are more visible at night so you don't get tripped up if you need to take a walk in the dark. With space for two queen-sized airbeds, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out in this tent, which then easily packs up into a carry bag with a rip strip and you're off on your next adventure.

Longs Peak™ Fast Pitch™ 6-Person Dome Tent is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tent. Not perfect Solid tent that has held up well through various weather in the 2 years I've had it. Ventilation definitely leaves something to be desired, as it will heat up quickly in direct sunlight, even with the door opened. Held up well with fairly extreme wind and rain from recent tornadic weather, much better than some of our neighbors who were also caught in the storms. Keeps rain and weather out. Retains heat well in colder climates, but have not tested below freezing. Comfortably fits 4 adults. Tall enough to stand up inside the tent without issue (6'3).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 of the fiberglass rods split after just one year Bought the tent about a year ago and used it three or four times before two of the fiberglass rods were split. Thick rods too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice tent, poor ventilation I have decided to return to tent camping after a 30 year hiatus. My Ex did not like camping. I love it. Because it’s been a while I decided it would be smart to set this up the first time in my backyard. Good thinking on my part. This is what I learned. Set up was a breeze! I love how easy it was. My last camping experience was alpine with a lightweight tent. That was easy enough but this was simply a breeze for one person. The rain flap took the longest. The slides in the guy line all had to be re tied. I also decided to set this up during a heat wave. I did this for two reasons. 1) to see how it did in the heat and sun and 2) how the tent handled the storms. This Tent Is Very Hot! There are no windows and no floor vent to help with ventilation. Almost the entire two thirds are screened but with the rain flap on, a must or there is zero privacy and you would get very wet from summer Dew, but the design does not allow for any air flow. The door window is only the top half of the door so there is little chance to capture a breeze. Setting up in a well shaded area is essential. Other than the lack of ventilation. Is a great tent. Oh, the tent and screening are super strong. They both stood up to the claws of a Maine coon cat mix trying to get in the tent!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy this Tent Used this tent one time and noticed when we were putting it away that a pole had split. This was suprising because the tent had gone up and down without difficulty or incident. When I asked customer service how to replace pole, they said I ahd to have a receipt, even if I wasn't seeking a refund. Crazy. Had no intention of writing a review until I got that response.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used about 5 times over 2 years - rain fly ripped Used this for camping with my sons. We used it maybe on 5 trips and now the ran fly is ripped and needs repair or replacement. The tent is totally useless without a working rain fly that is not ripped.
