Set up a home base with some extra sleeping space with the Coleman® Montana™ 6-Person Tent. An extended door awning creates a dry space to store gear and enter the tent. If it rains, this tent Keeps You Dry…Guaranteed™, thanks to the WeatherTec™ system, which uses a tub floor with patented corner welds, protected seams, and a covered zipper to help keep water out. Meahwhile, the strong frame is tested to withstand 35+ MPH winds. Additionally, angled windows, which you can keep open in the rain, help keep the water out while allowing for extra air circulation. Setup is simple with snag-free, continuous pole sleeves; the patented pin-and-ring system; and snag-free Insta-Clip™ suspension. Inside, there's enough room to stretch out on two queen-sized airbeds, and storage pockets help to keep small items organized. When it's time to head home, the tent easily packs up into an expandable carry bag with a rip strip until you're off on your next adventure.

Bad instructions, not made wellThis tent was a mess. The instructions showed that we were missing two poles, one of which went in the door. The actual door didn't even have a slot or place for a pole, so it's as if the instructions were for a different tent. Its a tent door that can be rolled up and secured if you wish to do so. Next problem was the tightness. When it was finally put together, the door was so tight that that it was bursting at the zipper seem. It was too tight. The tent was very spacious, but the inadequacies were enough to make us mad. Every other Coleman tent we've used has been perfect, but this one was annoying. Also, water got in through the front somehow. I hate this tent.

Owned for 20 years. Very happy. This is a classic four pole ten plus one in the rain fly. I've used this tent about 8 nights per year for about 20 years. No defect or problems at all due to manufacturing. Pair this tent with two cots a hanging light and a small fold up table and two people could spend a long time together.

Roomy and affordableBought this for my family to go camping. We camp regularly and we’re replacing an old 1980s tent. We like the shape and roominess, however on our second trip, one of the fiberglass tent poles snapped. We are not sure why since we weren’t at the tent when it happened. It also put a hole in the tent where the pole goes through. We have since replaced the section of tent pole with coleman’s Repair kit, but in my opinion it should last longer. I’m glad they offer repair parts, but maybe that is also an indication of something. Overall, for the price we paid, it has done well. Just requires some care from time to time.

Fast and easy to useIt took us about 5 minutes total to put up. I think my 5 year old could have done it himself if he were tall enough. It was durable and stayed cool in 80 degree weather

Durable, Affordable & Parts AvailabilityThis is similar to the one that we had, but our grandchildren have it for there family now. My family’s tent was a much older style so l really can’t give good review of the tents of today. I can only go by what I know about the company & quality of their products. In our family we Coleman products that have through 3 generations so far & still working fine without any repairs. The style of our tent was divided into 3 rooms, middle & each end. We had a lot of Coleman products. My husband passed, but I still drive long distances to site see & I still have our Hot/Cold plug-in Cooler with me all the time. It was the first or second one that came out way back & that’s when the tent was bought along with 2 stoves, 4 sleeping bags, 2 lanterns, catalytic heater. Most all went to the grandkids except sleeping bags(they wore out). Everyone is getting use out of them
now in Colorado where they live.
