Rated 4 out of 5 by kenmcc4 from Great design and roomy inside I have had the screendome for 2 camping seasons and really like the design and amount of room inside. I did have an issue one time, when camping in sand, and a fairly big windstorm struck and broke one of the main (white) stakes. I was able to order the repair kit from Coleman and easily make the repair (Repair Kit - Tent Fiberglass Pole 12.7mm Diameter, 5-Pole Sections, 2-vinyl end caps and 2-end tips, 1-9ft shock cord). The easiest way to set it up is to lay it flat and then slide all the poles into the sleeves. Then insert the top to poles into the pocket ends and then follow up by doing each of the other stakes. I can setup and take this shelter down by myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Erin B. from Unhappy - can't get a broken pole I wish I would have read the reviews. We snapped a pole the first use and a receipt and a picture of the pole is not good enough to get a simple replacement pole. Very poor customer service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Digrfran from Nice screen shelter not the easiest to setup This a nice screen shelter but each time we tried to set it up it was difficult The second time one of the poles snapped and cracked. We are planning to contact Coleman’s to see how we can get it replaced You need to have plenty of room to set it up and it looks to be a two person job for the average homeowner

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stan144 from Great little bag bought this for beach and it replaced an old stick one that was very long, had to put it on the roof of the SUV and not the car. It was great for a Few years but I wanted an upgrade. So I got this Coleman. This folds up into a small and compact case that looks like a suitcase or gym bag. but is still heavier then it looks. It takes longer to get up and working then the old stick one. But the light weight, small size and other features or worth the extra time. I think we will be a lot of use out of this. Paul

Rated 2 out of 5 by katrina from Difficult to put up, poles snapped We put the shade tent up for the 3rd time and the pole snapped. It was difficult to put the tent up since the poles were extremely taught. I figured it would happen sooner or later. Other than that, we liked the tent but now I have to have the poles replaced.

Rated 4 out of 5 by hurrysundown from Great product, but terriable customer service I love this product its exactly what I wanted to cover the picnic table. It’s a great upgrade from the old 5 pole canopy. Unfortunately one pole was damages in the box and it took 5 emails with 4 photos to get a replacement, the customer rep kept changing what she needed. Despite this I would recommend the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Paul C from Great shelter Would give it 5 stars if it had aluminum poles. A number of reviews commented about difficulty setting up and poles snapping but I think it is a grand shelter

Rated 2 out of 5 by Assateague camper from The good and the could be better Good: sturdy, 4 large access doors, multiple stake points, unzipped the breeze really comes through, pockets in corners for storage Could be better: Very hard to set up, better if all or some doors zipped in the middle, too heavy - should use lighter poles, poles ends should be color coded to match with insertion holes, no door tie backs Overall - will get the job done. Typical Coleman quality and design
