Rated 3 out of 5 by Nutella badger from Ok build quality ... Serves a purpose I expected abit more of a durable gas valve where you adjust the amount a flame. Only if the valve were metal and not plastic but I guess that is the way of the world. I will give it credit it does what it says and is portable and those small propane tanks and available every where. I wound not pay retail for this but I did at 40% off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by GreginTexas from Design not well thought out. Very good 10000 BTU rating but it's top heavy with 8" 4qt pot. I also have a Coleman Powerpack propane stove I bought after this one and it's a better design but only has 7500 BTU rating. Wish the BTU rating were switched as it's low design works well for up to a 12" cast iron pan. I still use the bottle top but only for smaller pots and pans.

Rated 3 out of 5 by J.C.M. from Very effective stove, but.... Bought this for its one-burner convenience and ease of lighting for that quick first cup of coffee in the morning before rolling out to cook breakfast. It was perfect for that but would not simmer, so I only used it for boiling water while other, better stoves (mostly liquid fuel Colemans) were used for really good camp cooking. After about 30 or so uses, it broke. The regulator simply stopped working. I might get another because I felt it was an anomaly and the next one would probably be as good as others say.

Rated 4 out of 5 by hamersmt from Good stove at a great price I won this stove 10 years ago and have been using it very frequently in my Westfalia. Although it is slightly top-heavy, it is convenient due to its small size. If space is an issue, I would certainly recommend this stove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by birdners from Perfect for a solo camper I solo camp a lot and often only cook one meal per camping trip as the rest is all pre-prepared. This works perfectly with my frying pan. I like it because there's no cable to the propane unit.
