Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Worst Problem Ever We use this mattress all the time and love it.. Super comfy, not to long to blow it up and its a good size height. We bought this mattress about 2 or 3 months ago from Canadian Tire... Knowing its Coleman's, I never thought to keep the receipt or the box for a return or refund. But now there's a huge bump growing in the middle of the bed. Even releasing the air the bump remains... Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pump NOT Included We bought this on an Air Force base as we moved to our new location. I checked every where on this box for “pump not included” I didn’t see it so I assumed (like a dummy) it would have one. Get to our new home, unroll it, and NO PUMP! so I frantically search the instructions which SHOWS A PUMP but still nothing that says “pump not included”. I look on the box again and in the SMALLEST font possible it says “pump RECOMMENDED”! I highly suggest y’all make it more visible and plainly state “PUMP NOT INCLUDED” so people like me (military family...moved overseas...No car yet to go back and forth to the store) don’t make the mistake again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I purchased this product just a little over a year ago to use for unexpected company. Just had an opportunity to use in about two months ago and it worked fine. Just took it out this month to use again and it has a leak. I folded the airbed up just as the instructions explained so I am unclear as to why this bed would leak after one use. There was nothing that indicated this airbed was a one time use item. I tried to find the leak but after several days I have given up and since the warrenty is only for one year and that year is up even though it has only been used once, it is going in the garbage. Not recommended to purchase. In doors only.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and Durable The Coleman Supportrest Plus Pillowstop Double High Airbed is a great air mattress if you are in the market for one.It includes a pump and is very easy to inflate and deflate. When first inflated it does stretch a little bit so it may need air up a few times. the airbed is extrmemly comfortable to sleep on and is a great height. Also and possibly the most important for me is how durable this is I hae been using for a couple weeks and I have kids who like to rough house and pets who like to lay in bed with me and no holes yet. With any other brand my dog would have popped it the moment he hopped on. I do reccommend this air mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tried TWO Mattresses, Both Defected, No Help I had originally heard Coleman was a good brand to buy for an air mattress, but I have experienced otherwise. I had not one but TWO air mattresses deflate on me after only using them a couple of times. Both instances that the air mattresses first deflated were times where they were used for guests and it was very embarrassing that they deflated overnight, and my guests were super uncomfortable and did not sleep well. The first air mattress I was able to return with no problem, but this last air mattress was past the retailer's return date (but still within the one year warranty for Coleman), and now, when I try to get ahold of Coleman's customer service, I cannot get ahold of a representative to save my life! All it is is roundabout automated messages that are not helpful and hung up my call before I even was able to speak to a representative. I need assistance getting a reliable air mattress that will NOT deflate, break, or rip. I never even had the chance to use it outside - only inside in an apartment where it should be safer from rips or tears than anywhere. Please help me resolve this issue permanently. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Camping Airbed The airbed has great support, only one I have been able to sit on the corner of and put my shoes on. Remember to do one thing and that is blow it up early then at bed time give it some more air because of strech and you will be great the rest of the week.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defect There has to be some kind of defect in these mattresses. I’ve had to buy at least 2 mattresses every year because these mattresses don’t hold up. I don’t know if they’re made that way so you have to buy them every year or if the product is just a very poor quality period. I keep buying them becos they are the perfect, comfortable, camping mattress, there isn’t one better except they are only good for, at the most 2 uses. The price needs to be greatly reduced for just that fact. Hopefully Coleman can either reduce the price or really look into how to make that mattress better. I keep hanging in there hoping I’ll get one to at least make it for 3 or more camping trips!!
