Rated 5 out of 5 by bruinsjb from Fantastic Sleeping Bag! I recently got this sleeping bag for my late fall hunts at high altitude in the Rockies. The nights aren't nearly as cold yet as they'll get later this year, but still get pretty chilly in the evenings. This sleeping bag was fantastic and I have no doubt that it'll keep me warm on those crisp nights. It got down in the 30's when I used it last and I was toasty warm all night. Setup wasn't too complicated after reading through the instructions. It takes a bit more than just unzipping a standard bag, but is well worth the added warmth. I LOVE the OneSource batteries and actually have a few of them now. They work with my tent and lantern as well, so having a few extras is always nice. I can warm my sleeping bag, light my tent, AND charge my phone. I love my new sleeping bag and intend to use it for many years to come. I have no doubt that it'll be the perfect addition for those late season, cold nights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tofu9 from Nice features Sleeping bag The sleeping bag is well made and has nice features, like a two way zipper, a cover for the zipper and an adjustable hood. It is also comfortable. The thin heating pads are located in two pockets at your back and legs. I did not feel any lumps through the sleeping bag so they did not impact my comfort. There is a zippered wire cover to conceal the connections between the pads and the battery pack. The battery pack is attached to the exterior of the bag, on the side opposite the zipper. I thought I would have problems reaching it to adjust the heat setting but it wasn’t that difficult. You need to hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on and off, so turning it on accidentally shouldn’t be an issue. The lights surrounding the power button indicates which of the four modes it is in. The pads heat gradually. The battery holder holds two battery packs, but the sleeping bag only comes with one. The maximum run time for one battery is 4 hours on the low setting so I don’t know how useful it will be for me without buying an additional battery. (The run times are doubled when a second battery is added.). The battery can be charged with the included USB-C cable - I was happy I didn’t need to purchase a charger. I found it difficult to install the battery on one side of the battery holder - I had to ask my husband to turn it to align the markings. I was able to install it on the other side with no problems. The battery itself has some nice features- it can be used as a flashlight and it can be used to charge a phone. These ports and the light are available when the battery is installed. It can also be used in other Coleman OneSource products. I like that the storage bag has a pouch in the flap to hold the batteries.

I used this camping in temps about 40 -50 degrees, while that is decent temps this bag kept me warm throughout the night. I used the battery to keep my phone charged - what a perk! I’m excited to use this sleeping bag this upcoming winter! The synthetic insulation is key in case any wetness happens due to weather conditions. Be able to adjust between the four heat settings help find your preferred temp. This sleeping bag will definitely be a game changer for me.

I enjoyed using the 4 heat settings (low, medium, high, and pulse) to warm myself up during my recent trip. The zipper was easy to open and close and didn't get caught on the fabric. The material insulated the heat well and I love the roomy-ness of the bag. The battery, battery dock and USB cord are included with the bag and I really love that I can charge my phone while warming myself up. Total gamechanger and must have while camping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amanda1734 from Very warm! I got this for my husband because he camps a lot in the winter due to being in the National Guard and we are in Michigan so it gets really cold. We tested it out and it gets pretty warm and the batteries are rechargeable so that is a plus. You can use 2 batteries for up to four hours of heat or 4 batteries for 8 hours. I do wish they lasted longer or you could plug it in to make it continuously work until you unplug but this will work for him.

Since our kids are getting older, not moved out type older yet but working, college, etc. My husband and I were high school sweeties, our love of the outdoors is how we met. We absolutely love camping, all year round too! To have the opportunity to test out the Coleman OneSource Heated Rechargeable Mummy Sleeping Bag. I'm always cold, it could be 100°, me in the sun and I'll still get a chill. It's taken time, quite a bit of time along with trial and error to be able to tent camp year round, while staying warm at the same time. So far I've tried 4 different sleeping bags, all of which work fine in summer. We are in August, our trip was last week. When my mummy bag came I could not wait until our trip to use it, so I didn't. I charged the battery. I'm so thrilled they used polyester ripstop covering, as it is very durable, hard to rip, can be lightweight as well, easy to clean and most of the time also water and weatherproof. It got cold last night, well for me, I am amazed at how intelligent this bag and the brand truly is. This mummy bag has not only one but 2 heating pads, one pad at the foot of the pad, which is a neat, unique design. 4 heat settings from Low, Medium, High, Pulse, and let me tell you, it definitely gets to 100°+, without a doubt. I couldn't believe it. I tend to get anxiety quick out of nowhere and will have panic attacks. My husband was able to quickly unzip the bag, turn the heat down for me, and just let me lay down playing on my phone for a bit while it was charging! I mean how often can you say those words, I charged my cell phone with my heated sleeping bag. I cannot choose a favorite feature to be honest, at least not yet, fall is coming soon. Coleman has overwhelmingly taken 1st place with this mummy bag. Fits heights up to 6 foot 2", which means my husband and son can both also enjoy it, if i share. Favorites has to be the heating pads, not just that there is 2, but placement is everything and it's perfect. The heat evenly flows through the bag. The Zippillow was so much better than I'd imagined. I had brought my pillow from home, had a bad experience with one being paper thin, my head felt the ground. This pillow is a full sized fluffy comfortable one. Didn't need my house one. My husband really wants his own mummy bag, I said get it it's completely worth it. I've worked with ripstop polyester before. It will keep it reinforced and safe. Not only that I got way way up close and examined everything on my new mummy bag, the material is beyond superior to most other's out there. It's high-quality. Will definitely last for years and years to come. The best part is it's actually machine washable. Just make sure to remove the heating pads, wires, and dock before washing. Coleman OneSource has become my new obsession. I checked out their other products as well. Run times are quite accurate so far. Ran for 4 hours, 3, etc on each setting, tried every feature. Everything went so smoothly. So simple to set up, put you battery into the dual port, the battery is also interchangable and works with all Coleman OneSource products, just I'm at a loss for words. It's true what Coleman says "One System, One Source, Power Anywhere! The design team on this deserve kudos and possibly their own mummy bag to take home. Hoping to surprise my husband with one before he buys it. I'm so looking forward to the cooler weather now, and camping all together. I slept so comfortably it felt like I was on my comfy couch. I've already recommended and will continue to do so forever.

You don't feel overheated and the battery lasts longer than anticipated. The sleeping bag itself is soft to the touch and so comfortable! Great job, Coleman!
