Rated 5 out of 5 by Elle from A fine little tent. I won this tent years ago and finally got around to trying it out 2 summers ago. We spent a week camping in different state parks near the Oregon/Idaho border. This was our first ever camping trip and we had a great time. The tent was easy to put up and take down, kept us warm and dry. No condensation problems. The only reasons I want a bigger tent is for the center height- having to bend over or crouch while getting dressed was a pain- and to have some room to spread out. (Our dog was our "3rd person".). Aside from that, it was a fun experience. Our average age was 60 at that time. It's never too late to try something new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sunny3 from Awesome tent Bought my first Sundome 3 twenty years ago. I'm on my third - passed one on to my niece and nephew. Quick and easy to put up - I can do it myself. Perfect size for me and my stuff. Very secure in wind and rain. When the big fancy tents are leaking and collapsing, mine is still up and dry. Zippered windows for air flow and view. Ceiling loop where I hang a small battery-powered lantern. My one suggestion would be to be able to zip the vent closed when it gets chilly. Thinking about trying a Sundome 4 In the future, for the height. Definitely will stick with Sundome - reliable!

Rated 2 out of 5 by thestrand from Our prior Sundome was a good one This Sundome was a great price and since I had previously bought a 2nd hand Sundome and used it for years, I didn't hesitate to buy a new one, even though it's fly is obviously cut smaller. The first campout, as luck would have it, gave us the opportunity to test the smaller fly. FAIL. The tent took on water, dripping on the inside at the bottom of the door flap. Since it's guaranteed not to leak... I get to see how Coleman stands behind the guarantee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Flauter from Great for a dry weekend Perfect little tent for a weekend camping trip. Unfortunately - with rain came a wet floor and water dripping from the sides. Not the best when you’re living in a wet state like Florida. Maybe a larger rain fly would help?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dk1252 from Good features. good value I bought this tent to use for camping with my motorcycle. It’s lightwieght, easy to set up, and has the right amount of room for me and my gear. I was impressed by the quality and the small details that made this tent a good choice. If I had to nitpic one thing it would be the stakes-they bend a little too easily. I will probably replace those someday with something more rigid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Easy to set up, and plenty of space. I took this tent on a 3 day camping trip. It was supposed to rain on 2nd and 3rd day, so I was curious if it would leak. It was still quite hot during the day, here in Florida, but the tent had decent circulation with the assistance of a small battery powered fan. When it did rain, I was away from my tent, fishing. It was down pouring pretty hard and the wind was pretty bad as well. When I came back to the tent afterwards, there was no water in the tent. I noticed I left the zipper open, for a power cord, if you were using one. I closed it and where it was, no moisture came in, with it open through that storm. I feel luck about that one lol. So, it passed my test with our crazy Florida weather of heat and thunderstorms. I love the color, much more than the green. In the morning the sun didn't wake me up at all. I do wish I bought the 2 person tent, due to it's size when packed up, but this is definitely going to be my car camping tent for as long as it lasts. The trip I used this on was hiking and, while doable, I don't want to make it a regular thing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by craig17 from Tent pole broke after first use After the first use, one of the tent poles was already breaking. By the second night of our trip the entire plastic pole broke in half. I spent more for a Coleman thinking I was a higher quality product.
