Rated 2 out of 5 by Pall-ath77 from Really Coleman? We were very excited to upgrade to a bigger, taller tent (since my partner is super tall) and even better, it was on sale at Cabela’s. We took the tent out in the yard before our first trip since reviews said it wasn’t intuitive to put up. We didn’t even get it up because the poles were put together wrong! And I mean REALLY wrong! We got two end pieces that would never snap together. Ugh. Soooooo, after a Dremel, some clever fishing wire techniques, and two arguments, we fixed the dumb pole (it would have taken longer to return it). Such a pain. By that time we were over the whole experience and might bring our old tent camping too just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by camper with dogs from Great Tent Easy to set up and tear down for a big tent. I especially like the door and being able to stand up. I did notice the flatness of the rain cover caused a really high pitched, loud sound when it rained, but I think any stand-up tent with that much space would make the same noise. I was able to fit 3 large dog crates, camping stuff, and my husband and myself with plenty of room for my daughter and her friend if they had decided to stay with us and didn't want their "own" tent!

Rated 2 out of 5 by stevem from Bad customer service and poles don't fit I bought this tent and was excited to get to use it camping soon. we set it up at home to figure it all out. The door has an interesting feature that has a pole that goes along the outside of the entire door flap so that it opens like a door. Big fail. the pole is too long and broke before we even went camping. When I called Coleman Customer service all they could offer was a generic pole mending kit with some pieces, and it if was too long the suggesting was to cut it off. Not what I would suspect from a well known brand in camping equipment. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by L. B. from Great Tent for 1-year I have used this tent three times and the 6-prong pole system for the roof broke. Contacted Coleman to get a replacement part. I am 3-months out of warranty. No replacement parts available. I was offered 25% off a new tent, but not including those already on sale....All the tents on Coleman are on sale. Thanks but no thanks Coleman. Coleman used to mean quality and customer services, but now the quality is sub-par but the price is still high. I am better buying a big-box retailer brand tent, for half the price, if I am expecting the product to last only a year. I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Iccaro from Loved the space but no match for rain We bought this tent at the start of summer this year an on our first two trips we loved the tent. Lots of space and the closet area was even handy with the hanging organizer. On our third trip this past weekend though that all changed with the addition of some rain. The door of the tent leaked a huge amount. Upon closer inspection it appeared that the water was freely running into the tent where the tent fabric was in contact with the plastic of the hinges as well as where the privacy screen came into contact with the mesh screen. Once the zipper was wet it also became very difficult to open from inside or outside of the tent. Elsewhere in the tent there was very minor weeping of seams. Unfortunately the water coming in from the door was enough to make it a very challenging weekend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JERNI from Great It’s a great tent. The poles for the additional closet are weak and rust easily even without any rain. The instructions are not that easy to follow. Maybe a YouTube video would be better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hopscotchwillie from Poor design, poor quality I am planing a camping trip to a remote barrier island in South Florida, and I decided that I not longer wanted to crawl in and out of my current Coleman (awesome tent over 15 years old with no issues besides being too small) so I bought this nice big, easy pitch cabin tent with high hopes. Once I figured out the instructions from a YouTube video (the instructions included are terrible) it went together fine until to attach the four corner tent poles. I thought that the poles were going to snap and the stitching was going to rip apart from the tension, (the seems on every corner where the tub meets the side walls did tear allowing from the amount of tension). During the take down the next morning I noticed an abrasion hole in the tub floor, (luckily I always use a tarp under the tent anyway) and one of the shock cords for the front door hinge broke off in the hinge. The rain fly was not even water resistant as the morning dew came right through it in to the tent. I can't upload any photos it will not allow it. I'm glad I tested it before being on a boat access only island. Do not buy this tent.
