Very Spacious, Decent in Various Conditions
This 4-person tent worked really great for two people out in the west Texas desert. It kept us protected from the sun during the daytime and held up against some moderate winds, despite being quite lightweight. I found the setup and breakdown to be fairly easy — the carrying case is pretty exact to the size of the tent, so packing it up requires being somewhat deliberate. The built in poles are convenient but I worry about being able to replace them if needed in the future. A surprise rainstorm and some chilly desert nights tested the limits of this tent though, I think it's best for summers and fair conditions.

A Wonderful All Around Tent
You can’t set this thing up in five minutes. Full stop. It’s not possible. Not if you guy it out the way you need to and put on the rain fly. That said, I really like this tent. I like the pockets, I like the vents, I like the fact I can pull in an extension cord for my devices to charge at night. It’s got lots of places inside to attach carabiners and hang gear or coats. The vestibule is wonderful for storing gear that you don’t want cluttering up your tent. The price is great too, especially for what you’re getting. But you won’t be pitching it in five minutes.

First I need to explain just how easy this pop up tent is to set up! It literally took me, an inexperienced camper, only 10 minutes to get ready! The room inside this tent is amazing. I’ve had it up in my backyard for a couple weeks now. The kids go out a few times a week and “camp”. It has been through 4 kids and thunderstorms and hasn’t budged. It is definitely durable to say the least. I’m very pleased with this item!

I received the Coleman - Skydome 4- Person Camping Tent with Full-Fly Vestibule, Evergreen & my Family & I just Love it. This tent is roomy enough for 4 people , no bumping elbows when we sleep. I love the skydome, I can lay & look at the stars at night. The netting makes for a nice breeze on those hot nights. The extra cover that goes over it keeps everything dry, you never have to worry if it rains. I highly recommend this tent to all you Campers, you'll be very Pleased ! This is really well made & will last for many camping trips with my Family .

Perfect tent!
I really like this tent. Took it camping recently and I'm really happy with how easy it was to set up. I love how roomy it is too. There's also a nice entry way which makes your tent space feel bigger and it's a good spot to put things you don't want inside your tent but don't want out in the open either. I also really likes the storage pockets. It worked like a charm and fit my queen size air mattress perfectly. I am super pleased and would definitely recommend!

This is a pretty decent good tent. It wasn't hard to put up and didn't take long. It was enough space inside and didn't feel claustrophobic. Absolutely loved the wider door because it made it so much easier getting everything in and out. The carry bag is easy storage. Absolutely so happy with this tent.

Attached Fiber glass tent pole is broken, stakes m
I received this tent. Upon assembling prior to camping trip I discovered one of the attached fiber glass tent poles is broken. It makes the tent more difficult to put together and I am scared it will be an issue camping with an elementary school child and a one-year-old. The stakes are also missing. One of the seam in the back of the tent has a defect. There are runs in the mesh. The seams are already taped. It was packaged nicely in the box. The packaging seemed freshly minted, and did not give any signs of being a used tent. So this must be a manufacturing issue. I have a defective tent and my son’s soap box derby begin Friday night. It is Sunday. He worked so hard on his car I have to make sure he makes it to the race.

Good functional tent
I got this tent to use while camping for the first time after Covid with my family of 3. I went in with a 4 person tent knowing that it'll be comfortable for 3, and like with most other tents, that was a spot on decision. Fitting in 4 adults would be cozy.
The tent is relatively straight-forward to setup. It keeps in place with winds. The height once setup is decent for a camping tent. The pockets, loops etc to put stuff are nice too. It is easy enough to get in and out of the tent. The only caveat is that packing it back once done into the same bag it came in is not easy/obvious. I fiddled with it for about 10 minutes but then gave up and put it directly in the trunk as I was running out of time. So this part wasn't a deal-breaker for me but for someone backpacking, this could be important.
Overall, this is a nice tent and I can see it using more.

Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that Coleman's MINIMUM hydrostatic head rating for the fabrics in this tent is 450mm. During batch and periodic quality testing we find most of the materials test at a much higher rating. Waterproof materials do not 100% translate to a waterproof tent. The waterproofing of the tent is measured by our rain testing, which simulates a 6&quot; per hour rain. To make our tents as waterproof as possible we tape all of the rainfly seams, use our WeatherTec inverted seams in other area, and use a patented welding process. We also enhance storm worthiness by our rainfly designs. Specifically our rainfly's extend in such a way that runoff or dripping water is unlikely to fall on a door or window area when the tent is properly setup and guyed. Last we use polyester tent bodies and rainfly's, which adds inherent waterproofing as polyester is a hydrophilic (water-fearing/shedding/repelling) material.
