Rated 5 out of 5 by A P J from Durable!!! Have had this tent for a couple of years with moderate use. Just finished a 4 night through some heavy to monsoon rains and 40 knot gusts. Rain fly torn by flying debris. One support whisker snapped with the high gusts. We recovered with duct tape and rode out the remains of our plans. The Main tent body did it’s job! No tub leaks and luckily no net tears as that would have halted the trip due to the intense attacks from mosquitoes and no see ums and depletion of duct tape. Durable tent is an understatement! We three adults weathered the storms stayed dry and finished our trip. I do hope to find replacement parts and prepare for the next trip. I would request finer mesh the no see ums do get through the current screens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GearBear from Decent tent, just wish it were a little taller. Purchased this while on a Jeep wheeling trip at Sand Hollow, Utah as I needed a base camp. The tent worked great, and the vestibule was awesome. It rained hard for two days and the interior of the tent stayed dry. A little water got into the vestibule area, but it was manageable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Idlt from Return process is the worst Two plastic clips broke after first set up. One during set up and another during take down. Bought on Coleman.com. have been trying to return the tent but the return process is awful. Mainly the size limit (MB) on photos. Phone cameras take higher quality pictures and the online process won't let me send them for review. The phone number provided says to call during working hours between 9 am and 5 pm. I called around 4 and the operator says to call during working hours. I called Monday and Friday and both days there werent any operators to help me with the return. I received an email to send it to the parent company and the link said the website was down for maintenance. Returning is a very frustrating process for something that broke upon first use. Be cautious when buying from Coleman!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Orion58 from Super Easy Setup - Good Quality I received this tent as a replacement since the last Coleman tent did not last 1 year without significant issues. I am happy with this tent. It is easy for 1 person to setup and take down. Having the attached poles I thought would not be good, but I was wrong, it makes things very easy. We went camping about dozen days in June. A new place every night so the tent got a lot of setup/tear down time. It endured 2 major storms with no water in the main tent part. I little water (measured in tablespoons) in the front part. This was not a big deal. The poles were an issue in my last tent and they have held up great so far. The only issue I have is it is not as tall inside as my last tent. I have to bend over to dress in the tent. Not a huge issue, just did have to do that in the last tent. But rather have a durable tent so all is good.

Ice cold air coming in between the screen style tent a d the rain cover. Wish I had my brought my original Coleman tent. Will have to buy another one.

However, we noticed the screens starting to rip in various places after the first use. By the third use, one of the spots ripped wide open.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mack76 from 4 person Skydome with screenroom I like the tent a lot so far. Used it to back country camp a few times already with no issues. We use a queen air mattress and have plenty of extra space. The screenroom is a great place for gear and taking off wet clothes.

Thank you for your question. Please be aware that weathertech features a weather-resistant-fabric coated polyester fabric mixed with anti-wicking thread, webbing, and zippers to keep you dry. It also have leak - free seam in addition to fully taped rainfly seams, the rainfly covers doors and windows and incorporates easy-to-use velcro frame attachments. However, if you want to have an extra protection to the rain you can also add seam seal to your rainfly.

Please be advised that this tent does not have a footprint. The floors of our tents are made from a strong Polyethylene 1000D-140g/sqm which allows them to hold up against rough terrain. It is always recommended to clear out any debris before setting up your tent. However, if you like, you can purchase some heavy tarp material to use as a footprint for your tent.
