The description states that this tent has a &quot;weatherproof screen room&quot;; however, during our last two camping trips, we experienced some very heavy rain and were required to tarp this area to protect all of our equipment that was stored in it. Anyone else?

Do the dimensions listed include the sunroom? Is the main tent 8&rsquo;x10&rsquo; plus the extra 4&rsquo; for the porch? Or just a the inside 12&rsquo;x10&rsquo; plus extra for the porch? Thanks!
