I really like my new Core Tritan water bottle! The color is called blue corn but it’s transparent so I can see the contents. It’s a nice size and the bottle is easy to hold. It has a button that opens the spout (which they call autospout) and a straw that goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle so I can get every last drop of H2O. And did I mention that it’s leakproof? Oh yeah, it’s leakproof! Not a single drop comes out when I turn it upside down or lay it down in its side. I’ve carried it in my purse a number of times and never had any spill out.

It is oversized compared to my previous water bottle which was only half the size. Even though it’s a larger capacity bottle, the design is still narrow enough to be functional and tapers at the top for easier gripping. The material of the bottle is sturdy as well. The spout makes it easy to drink from and the straw can be detached for easy cleaning. I also like the locking mechanism so you can close the spout and keep it protected as well as prevent unintended openings. The small handle is useful for attaching to a bag and I like that it folds down completely to be out of the way when it’s not needed.

Recently went to the beach and found that I forgot my kids contigo water bottle, obviously I choose an Ashland design because is looks big enough and same system as the ones I forgot, super easy for them and mess free. I’m so disappointed the mess free part is so Not there . Every single time the bottle lean to a side the stream of water comes out even when it’s close. Writing this from the car with a whole carpet full of water because the bottle en up at the floor and I wasn’t able to pick it up. It’s that normal?

I bought this water bottle about 4 months ago and its leaked since day one if I lay it down a certain way, I can get past that but then just randomly when you pop open the top it will spew water all over the place including me. I learned never to hold it close or towards me when I open it. However now I can't suck up any water through the straw so now its trash, I never had this problem with my old one

Rated 1 out of 5 by thirsty and sad from no way to clean adequately I've had this water bottle for a few months. It seemed worth the investment and worked great until i needed to clean it. Black mold was growing inside the mouth piece. i could not adequately clean the entire piece with a bottle brush so i took the bite valve out. Unfortunately there is no way of getting it back in place. Bad design. Now i can't use the bottle.

First, I like how simple the design of the bottle is and I like the color of it as well. My favorite part of this water bottle is that it has a button on the top of it to push to drink from. I like how that the straw makes it easier to drink out of and it does not spill everywhere. I also love that it is 32oz that way I can fill it up and it last me through the whole day. I also like that it is easy and simple to clean and dry and ready for next use. I love how durable and sturdy it is. I definitely recommend this water bottle to anyone.

So I'm always on the lookout for bigger and better bottles. And eureka! I found Contigo- 32oz Ashland 2.0 with AutoSpout Lid Tritan Water Bottle Periwinkle. I love that I hold so much liquid and it's got the auto spout which lets me know that it still stays hygienic when I'm not sipping from it. It's locking mechanism so that the spout doesn't pop up on its own when being picked up is aces. If Scott it's handle to be able to carry with one finger or even clip on to a keychain. This is the first I see of this kind of bottle and I will never ever seek out another one.

The handle on the back snaps into place well, and makes it super easy to carry the bottle around with it when walking, or if you wanted to clip it onto something it would work fine. The auto spout button has a lock, so that it can’t be bumped open and I think that’s a super handy feature to have for traveling, or if you have kids. The bottle didn’t leak at all for me, and it kept my water cold for longer than I expected ! It holds a lot, and is dishwasher safe which is always a win in my book. This is my new favorite !

This 32oz bottle from Contigo is a great size to take running errands or to the ball game to help keep us hydrated. Made with the known Contigo spill proof technology, I don't have to worry about my kids spilling water in the car or on the ground for fun and running out. The grey color of the bottle is nice also and neutral enough that my husband will try to take the bottle for himself somedays. This is great to have for your time outside the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The core tritan autospout 24oz blue corn water bottle is the best water bottle i have tried. Its comes in nice size. And i love that its very easy to hold the water bottle with the handle on top of bottle. The cover come off nice and easy to fill it. And when you want to use it. All you do is press the button on the side. And it pops up the spout to drink from. When you are all done you just push the spout back down to shut. It stay very clean from having the open and shut spout. And most of all i love that the spout is rubber so when you are drinking its soft on your lips. I am very pleased with this water bottle. And all it has to offer. It's so great for a person who loves to drink water like myself.

I took it to the beach and not only did it keep my water cold but it didn't leak. This is groundbreaking for my typical luck with water bottles. It holds 40 ounces of water or whatever beverage you'd like. That's a good amount for me to last a bit without it being to big and heavy. You just press a button on the lid and an auto spout pops you for you to sip and drink. You don't have to tilt it to drink just it has a straw for you. It also has a handle you can move up and down to hold or add a clip to. Its nice and shiny and has a gray color.

A simple touch of the button and my thirst is quenched. The spout even locks so no spilling. The convenient handle on the top makes for easy carrying or clipping a carabiner too.

(So quite frankly if I lose it on an outing with kids or drop and break it I'm not gonna be too annoyed) However, it makes a horrible whistling sound when drinking. Loosening the lid stops the noise but make sure you remember to re-tighten. It also leaks through the autospout button if it's tipped... which is annoying. It's heavy in the mom-bag (40oz duh....) but I really like that it has a small handle-- it's surprisingly well made and comfortable even when full. I only use it for water and it's not too terrible to keep the spout and straw clean.

One time my straw just popped out for no reason. I am willing to believe I took it out and just didn’t put it in right, but there is more. These water bottles are prone to tipping over for me all the time. Sometimes, when I open it, water just launches everywhere, and it is a lot, too. One of the things that also infuriate me, is that the locking system to stop it from opening is broken. I tried to push it, but it didn’t go all the way. Also, sometimes no water comes from the straw even though the bottle is full of water,

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maribel h from Good quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle of water is a very good quality i love it this bottle is different from the bottles i have had before what i like about this bottle is main thing i look for in a bottle that is leak proof meaning if u put the bottle upside down the water wont come out it wont leak what i also like about this bottle is that it has a button that u press on for straw could pop out and it also has a little button next to the big button the little button is to lock the big button so if u press on it when it has the lock on the straw wont pop out the straw that is inside is removable for washing the the bottle itself with out the top part is not so heavy but the top with out the bottle a little heavy but thats ok beacuse it doesn't leak and thats what i mostly like about this bottle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy user from Straws keep falling out of the top The straw keeps slipping out of the top section and dropping to the bottom of the bottle. I have to unscrew the top and jamb the straw back into it to drink water. Otherwise the straw drops to the bottom of the bottle coming in contact with the bottle itself, so closely that it is difficult to suck the water into the straw. This has been going on with all three of the bottles that I purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Piplou from Old Faithful, but for the wrong reasons Water spits out of the bottle after the lid has been shut. Initially I thought that it was because it was in my bag and pressure was building up from it shaking around. So I stopped putting it in my bag and just carried it in my hand to prevent as much movement within the bottle and that did not improve the problem either. The final straw was after taking a sip, setting the bottle down in a cup holder and picking it up and it spitting out a massive amount of water to the point that I had to change shirts. At that point, I went and purchased a new one because my daughters contigo water bottles are so awesome that I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Well this bottle does the same thing. It is extremely frustrating to open my water bottle while in a professional setting and water shoot out like a geyser. So I have started calling this bottle Old Faithful, and while that sounds like a compliment, it's really not.

It carries a lot of water; 40 ounces. It fits perfectly in the side pocket of my backpack. The leak-proof lid includes a protective spout cover to keep dirt and germs from the mouthpiece for cleaner drinking. For added peace of mind, engage the button lock to prevent the unintended pressing of the Autospout button. Speaking of the Autospout button; it is easy to use and operates with the push of the button. You press the autospout button and the mouthpiece pops up. The mouthpiece is soft.

It is perfect for keeping me hydrated throughout the day. It has a lock on it so it won't accidentally open when I don't want it to. You simply press the button for the sip top to pop out, you don't need to touch anything but the button to open it. then you simply press under the sip spot to push the top back down. Inside the bottle is a straw to allow you to get every drop. I like the tritan bottle as I feel they keep my water fresh without altering the taste of it. I don't go anywhere without it!

The carrier on top blocks the spout unless it is put back down before drinking. The worst feature is that you have to suck so hard to get anything out of it. I truly loved my last ones where neither of these problems were present - so much that I bought them as gifts for several people. This one is all wrong and I would love to be able to return it!

Pros: it holds 40 oz so I only have to fill it up twice to meet my daily water intake goal...with smaller capacity bottles, I often lose track of how many times I’ve filled it up. Including the locking switch so the spout doesn’t flip up just any old time is super helpful. I like the handle to carry it by. Cons: it’s not insulated and I prefer my water COLD so it’s not the right choice for outdoor activities - still works great for indoors.Most of the bottle is rather wide so little hands probably couldn’t carry it without using a bag or hooking their fingers through the hook.

Stopped in a store and selected a Contigo Ashland 24oz as it appeared to be a good product. Got back out to the car, filled it up with water and hit the road. A few miles out I tried to take a drink and got nothing but air. Decided to keep driving for a bit and look at the bottle later. After a couple more hours of driving I tried to figure out why the bottle was not working properly. It turns out that the rubber piece that connects the mouthpiece to the straw had somehow been pulled out or maybe was not properly installed to begin with. Apparently takes a complete disassembly of the lid to fix, requiring a specialty screwdriver bit to take apart. This was my first, and probably last Contigo product purchase ever.

I can accept the thinner plastic walls but I was really disappointed with this compared with the previous Ashland water bottle. I had to cut a notch in the bottom of the straw because now it's just pushed into the lid it falls out and is blocked against the bottom of the water so you can't get water out. If you push the straw too far into the cap the spout won't close - very frustrating!!! The other irritating change is that the clip is gone from the handle so now I need to use my own karabiner to secure it to my back pack or paddle board bungee.

It's a bit larger than most so holds just the right amount of water and ice. Second reason is I love the flip top and the fact that it has a straw attached. I have sensitive teeth so the straw is a must. The smoke color of this bottle is great also as you are still able to see what is in the bottle itself. Last but not least it is made of a thick hard plastic so it's very well made. The only downfall of this bottle is it doesn't fit in my cup holder in any of my vehicles I wish the design could be altered for only that! Other wise it's perfect.

Since you can't see that from outside, well, I had destroyed partially myself while removing it. Then, cleaning lady threw it away. I wasn't worried thinking: "They must have the PDF online". Well, I was already in the USE & CARE section on this site, and the exact PDF of this model, is not available. And the information here is not the same. I remember reading on that label: That it should not be used for fruit based water -for obvious reasons-. There was also a note about using it for hot beverages -something about NOT being suitable. So please, post the original label PDF here so that we can use our bottle safely and withing its specs. Thanks.

It keeps my drinks cold and my ice cubes last much longer than any other bottle I've owned. As a busy mom and child care worker, I love having a water bottle close by throughout the day. One of the things I really like is that the straw button makes it quick and easy to take a sip in my busy moments. It's very easy to grab and use with one hand. When I'm not using, the lock button is a nice feature to prevent any accidents and/or to keep the spout out of open air. I have not experienced any leaks with this bottle so far nor do I expect it to. The handle makes it easy to carry and I love that it folds down. Everything on the bottle is well made and each detail was well thought out! It fits perfectly in my cars cup holders and fits in the pockets of my tote bag. This bottle is a beautiful blue(ish) color and I am definitely not embarrassed to take it with me anywhere I go. I would highly recommend!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Airamle from Not the greatest, but it will suffice. The original Ashland water bottle is fine (it leaks, but it doesn't have nearly as many issues as this bottle does). First, the hook on the back of the lid is worthless. The original Ashland lid had the clip built in so you could actually hook your bottle onto your bag, but the Ashland 2.0 doesn't come with a clip, and hooking a caribiner to it ensures that the hook can never close all the way, which brings me to the next point: When the hook is open, it interferes with having the straw open. Did they not test this product at all?? Finally, Important Purchase CriteriaQuality No, I do not recommend this product, because of the placement of the straw spout and the carrying handle design.
