Unused items in their packaging purchased from Coleman.com may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of your order date for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. If we do not receive your items within the 60 days of purchase your refund will not be processed. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At certain times, processing may take longer due to increased order volume. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Flat Rate Service (FRS) ensures that your lantern or stove will be returned to original factory specifications for performance. FRS includes labor, all necessary repair parts, and return shipping. FRS does not include painting, polishing or other aesthetic improvements. In other words, your serviced lantern or stove will have the same appearance it had when you sent it to Coleman.

To determine the production date of your product, look for a date stamp that is in MMYY format (e.g. 0195 is January 1995).
