Shipping Information

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At certain times, processing may take longer due to increased order volume. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Not all shipping methods are available for all products and/or locations.
• Please allow additional transit time for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Shipments are sent via FedEx services and are delivered by FedEx or Parcel Post depending on the shipment contents and destination.
• Shipping service and rates are subject to change without notice.
• Please Note: Some items will arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside.

Currently, we do not ship internationally or to US Territories.

When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s) and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

You can also check your order status at any time by using our online order tracker.

We ship to the 50 US States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Please Note: Due to size and weight restrictions that vary by location, some items may be too large or heavy to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Certain items may be classified as hazardous, including lithium batteries, and must be shipped using select delivery services.
