Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this water bottle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The core tritan autospout 24oz blue corn water bottle is the best water bottle i have tried. Its comes in nice size. And i love that its very easy to hold the water bottle with the handle on top of bottle. The cover come off nice and easy to fill it. And when you want to use it. All you do is press the button on the side. And it pops up the spout to drink from. When you are all done you just push the spout back down to shut. It stay very clean from having the open and shut spout. And most of all i love that the spout is rubber so when you are drinking its soft on your lips. I am very pleased with this water bottle. And all it has to offer. It's so great for a person who loves to drink water like myself.

I love the color its my favorite color. I love that you can see through the bottle so I can see what I am drinking. The bottle is very easy to use and clean. I love the spout its is very easy to drink from. Its very easy to carry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My go to water bottle especially for hiking I recently submitted an online form to customer service regarding this product. I stated how much I like this water bottle, but I needed to replace just a lid since my bottle fell out of my backpack while hiking and the button lock broke, however I was unable to just order a lid. Also, I suggested that the handle have a clip on it for backpacks or belt loops. Their response was to send me a new bottle for free! Wow, that was excellent customer service when I didn't even ask for a replacement! I will continue to use this product but will hope that will update it with a built in clip-on handle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Loved It, but Alas I am responding to myself. I LOVED these bottles for 5 months. Then I dropped one and the lid broke. No big deal, I'll purchase a replacement lid, right? Wrong. You can't just purchase a lid, you have to purchase a whole new bottle. In addition to the cost, that is a HUGE amount of plastic waste now that I have a useless water bottle that can't be recycled.

Ok, let me start off by saying I have a tall, Contigo coffee cup which i use as my daily driver at work and it never lets me down. It keeps my coffee hot for HOURS and the flip top lid is a nie feature. I like the clip top lid if this Core Autopop because it is perfect for water. It locks as quickly as it opens and has an additional lock on it for when you are on the go. The leakproof quality of it seems to hold true and I have had no spills so far. The quality of this mug as a water cup seems to be on par with my existing coffee mug. If it lasts as long i will be very happy. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle of water is a very good quality i love it this bottle is different from the bottles i have had before what i like about this bottle is main thing i look for in a bottle that is leak proof meaning if u put the bottle upside down the water wont come out it wont leak what i also like about this bottle is that it has a button that u press on for straw could pop out and it also has a little button next to the big button the little button is to lock the big button so if u press on it when it has the lock on the straw wont pop out the straw that is inside is removable for washing the the bottle itself with out the top part is not so heavy but the top with out the bottle a little heavy but thats ok beacuse it doesn't leak and thats what i mostly like about this bottle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mold Issue Is Real The reported mold issues on the seal are legitimate. I was able to remove the seal but you should be able to replace either the complete lid or just the seals. There is no way that Contigo does not know about this issue, I would imagine that they just want the consumer to keep replacing bottles instead of fixing a known problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Straws keep falling out of the top The straw keeps slipping out of the top section and dropping to the bottom of the bottle. I have to unscrew the top and jamb the straw back into it to drink water. Otherwise the straw drops to the bottom of the bottle coming in contact with the bottle itself, so closely that it is difficult to suck the water into the straw. This has been going on with all three of the bottles that I purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Old Faithful, but for the wrong reasons Water spits out of the bottle after the lid has been shut. Initially I thought that it was because it was in my bag and pressure was building up from it shaking around. So I stopped putting it in my bag and just carried it in my hand to prevent as much movement within the bottle and that did not improve the problem either. The final straw was after taking a sip, setting the bottle down in a cup holder and picking it up and it spitting out a massive amount of water to the point that I had to change shirts. At that point, I went and purchased a new one because my daughters contigo water bottles are so awesome that I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Well this bottle does the same thing. It is extremely frustrating to open my water bottle while in a professional setting and water shoot out like a geyser. So I have started calling this bottle Old Faithful, and while that sounds like a compliment, it's really not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst water bottle EVER! Was starting a long road trip and was needing a new cup for the trip. Stopped in a store and selected a Contigo Ashland 24oz as it appeared to be a good product. Got back out to the car, filled it up with water and hit the road. A few miles out I tried to take a drink and got nothing but air. Decided to keep driving for a bit and look at the bottle later. After a couple more hours of driving I tried to figure out why the bottle was not working properly. It turns out that the rubber piece that connects the mouthpiece to the straw had somehow been pulled out or maybe was not properly installed to begin with. Apparently takes a complete disassembly of the lid to fix, requiring a specialty screwdriver bit to take apart. This was my first, and probably last Contigo product purchase ever.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Badly value engineered version of a great bottle Value Engineered some of the best features out of version 1! I can accept the thinner plastic walls but I was really disappointed with this compared with the previous Ashland water bottle. I had to cut a notch in the bottom of the straw because now it's just pushed into the lid it falls out and is blocked against the bottom of the water so you can't get water out. If you push the straw too far into the cap the spout won't close - very frustrating!!! The other irritating change is that the clip is gone from the handle so now I need to use my own karabiner to secure it to my back pack or paddle board bungee.

Purchased to take on motorcycle for the use of one handed ability to drink fluids on the trip, and stay hydrated. Worked great and liked so much purchased about dozen and gave them as gifts last year to fellow riders.

They want them to have a water bottle now that they cant use the water fountains due to covid. This bottle is a great size and he says he doesn't have to refill it as much now that he has a bigger bottle. It is perfect for school use since the little spout pops up and can be put back down so we don't have to worry about it getting all dirty or unsanitary if he manages to drop it. the button for the flip top can also lock so he doesn't have to worry about it going to open on accident . He is also going to be using it for taking it to baseball since its a well made water bottle. It is easy to clean also. Overall we are happy we got it for him.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was great, until… I received this as a Christmas gift and was in love with it until it started messing up out of nowhere. Air gets through the straw so there’s air bubbles and now it’s incredibly hard to suck water up. I tried fixing it on my own and noticed that there’s some little piece of the straw that’s sticking out, it must be out of place. I don’t know how it happened, I know I didn’t do anything to break it. I’ve only had it a few months so I’m very disappointed!

It is extremely important for me that the drinking spout can close and stay germ free, and also that the straw pops up with a button, so my hands don't touch it. I love that it doesn't spill when it tips over. I use the handle to attach it to either my backpack, purse, gym bag, whatever, and I never walk off without it. The color is gorgeous and stylish. I love this water bottle!

This bottle is a very nice pale green color. It holds a decent amount of water. Very easy to drink from. It has a button on the front to lock it and to pop it. The only con I have with the bottle is it does not keep it cold long, not even if you fill the bottle all the way up with ice. It only seems to last a couple hours max.

Only complaint is the rivet that joins the handle to the lid - constantly comes apart; has happened to 4 of my bottles now. Would be nice if this was more durable.

And even better when it has a rubber spout that flips out/seals and locks. It's easy to take the lid on and off to refill it. The downside of the plastic is that it sweats, much more than my aluminum bottles, and it doesn't stay cold nearly as long. Ice melts pretty quick. But it's still a great bottle and I use it all the time. Love the ergonomic shape it has and I don't need to refill it constantly since it holds 24 ounces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Core Tritan Autospout 24oz Blue Corn just may be the best water bottle I've ever had and I've had many. I love my water bottles with straws and this one tops the cake. It even has a lock on the autospout button to ensure I don't accidentally pop it open while on the go. The cover over the spout is also an added bonus that none of my other ones have. Now I can be sure nothing gets inside. There's a handle to help me carry it when I'm out and about and the design makes it easy to hold as well. Ontop of everything, most water bottles have a plastic aftertaste that I don't like, while this one does not. Not even after forgetting it and drinking out of it later. Might never want to get a different type of bottle again!

Very delicate product. Every time that I open the suck place, it spills the liquid that still In the straw out!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as it seems I have to admit when I first saw this water bottle it seemed great, then later on I started noticing issues: the first one being that if the bottle hasn't been resting right side up, when you go to take a drink the autospout will spurt water everywhere. Another issue is that there must be a leak somewhere in the lid that keeps sucking in air which prevents you from taking a full swig and its very annoying. Then there's the issue of the straw length: it reaches nearly right down to the bottom of the bottle, which was understandably designed to maximize the amount of water you can drink from the bottle, but the problem with this is that often the straw will directly touch the bottom making it impossible to suck any water from it. As another reviewer mentioned, there are nooks and crannies in the lid that are hard to clean. Just a disappointing water bottle overall. Simpler is better and this has too many bits and parts that will inevitably fail and render the bottle useless.

The seals work very well and the top loop is nice to use for carrying and hooking onto a carabiner. The biggest problem we have had is that the tops are not very durable. We broke the loop on two of them right away when they were accidentally dropped. Two more are broken now so we are down to 1/2 of our bottles in good condition. They also pop open easily if dropped as well. All in all, if you are not tough on your bottle at all, these are awesome. They seal very well and will not spill if tipped over in a bag, etc. Colors are pretty, pop top is easy to use and works well, has a wide enough opening for ice to fit, and holds a good amount of water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So much waste! I love how this bottle fits in my hand. However, the lid broke and became unusable the first time I accidentally knocked the bottle onto the floor. I could not buy a replacement lid so I was stuck with an unusable bottle. I bought a second bottle but the plastic liner has popped out of the lid and cannot be popped back in. I now how two bottles and no lids that work. Contigo - you need to make replacement lids and plastic liners available for sale.

It has a non leaking auto spout lid. I take it with me to work, and to the gym. It’s so convenient to have 24oz of water in the water bottle at the time. It helps me manage my water intake and reach my goal so much easier! I like that it’s spill proof, it’s made from a very durable plastic, it’s also clear so that you can see how much you’re drinking. It’s not too big and bulky, it’s actually tall and slim. There are many colors to choose from.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great water bottle with some caveats This is a good bottle. It's easier to clean than other lids and holds a lot. Here are my only gripes... The bottom is too wide to fit into most car cup holders (didn't think of that). There is a little rubber gasket inside the lid that you can't take off or clean under and a smell will get stuck in there, no matter how hard you try to clean it. Lastly, The first time I used this, I had sunscreen on my hands and it permanently etched the plastic so my bottle always looks dirty (it also dissolved the words printed on it). Weird reaction with the plastic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great when it worked I enjoyed this product, with it's sleek look and simple features. However, there were frequent issues with the pressure and opening. It spat water with every single opening, which was fine when it was only a few droplets, but during one occasion, it continued to erupt water like a volcano right after opening, spilling all over int he car. There was also a lot of water buildup around the screwing of the top, so opening it in any way was almost impossible to stay dry. And though I first appreciated the straw being part of the bend, it does create some extremely difficult to clean bends where a major amount of buildup occurred. Now, less than 5 months later, there is a hole in the straw in the top part of the cap, which is odd to disassemble to say the least. Upon taking it apart showed a small pocket where the buildup collected that would have been impossible to clean.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good features but not without issues I loved Ashland autospout water bottle when I first bought it, as it is east to use one handed, great size and looks good. It is a bit top heavy when empty. Just like the previous autospout, this one leaks from the button (maybe water gets trapped there). I bought mine in Feb and in September it started drawing air. I checked the fit of straw and it was ok, but it still won’t work. It has always been hand washed and used very carefully. I have used 5 Contigo products in last 10 years and this is the only one that stopped working within few months.
