It gets a 10 on the 1-10 comfort scale. Quiet (my previous instant bed was noisy, any movement and the air mattress crackled). Easy to set up, and take down (one person job) So convenient to have a side table, with a water bottle holder. Cons: One side slightly sloped down, (set it up at home before I took it camping) I felt like I was rolling off the bed when I slept on the edge. When sleeping in the middle I could feel the center bar through the air mattress (yes, I am “The Princess and the Pea”)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ocelot from Black Rock City approved This bed has been tested by three Burners during three different years at Black Rock City and has held up very well in the high altitude, dry, very dusty and temperature extreme conditions of the Burn. I originally purchased it to sleep solo and stay out of the dust which accumulates in even the best of tents.Frame and mattress were then tested in most of the ways humans use beds. Frame and mattress have both survived well for future use. BRC standard airbed procedure: Let out a little air from the mattress in the morning so that it doesn't overinflate during the 100+ degree days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JTDD from not worth the money We like to camp out so we bought the bed because it was off the ground and made it easier for my disabled husband to get on and off of it. The good parts were the frame seems durable and didn't tip over when you sat on the edge. Also the travel bag with wheels was a good idea. The bad things about it were the weak air pump and all the noise the bed frame made ANYTIME you moved on the bed. Nothing we could do to make it stop. There would be no happy fun time in the tent without the whole campground knowing about it. We are a long time customers of Coleman and I can't believe this noise issue wasn't notice in testing. We are sending the bed back for refund. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ttrosengrant from Comfortable Bought this for a 7 day camping trip. It was easy to set up and very comfortable. No straps or bars across your back. Held air and sheets fits nicely. Mattress was noisy when moving or rolling over. I think if we put a mattress pad between mattress and top cover it would cut down on noise. The side tables are very handy andwork well. I like the fact we could store our clothes and extra blankets under the bed in our tent .. it saved a lot of room. Battery powered pump was nice camping we didnt have to look for electric to plug one in.

The frame for this cot is easy to set up and I'm hoping void of leaks after 2 uses!! Great system! I can get out of bed and not dump my husband on the floor!! I am missing 2 window green metal pieces for my new Jenny Lake instant roll down windows, which is an awesome feature for me because I have degenerative arthritis in my hands! If you could help me get the two "green" metal inserts I would appreciate it!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Holmes from Comfortable and I fixed the squeaks. Bought for camping out last summer it was So noisy but extremely comfortable. It has been getting used as a guest from time to time and I finally figured out the squeaking canvas on metal so I used 1.5mm felt tape on the top and bottom sides Bingo I fixed it for $8 and 30 minutes of dinking around. ByAmazon Customeron November 27, 2017 Verified Purchase I have and use quite a few Coleman products. This particular one has scarred the Coleman name for me. It’s a waste of money. It was thrown out on the first trip we used it. Sleeping on the ground was an improvement. The air pump doesn’t seem to be made for the mattress. There isn’t a clear seal. You just have to hold it on there and hope for the best. Once full, it stayed inflated for about an hour. It was filled six times during the course of a single evening. It was extremely aggravating to deflate before you could fall asleep. The place we were camping had a lake. The mattress was taken to the lake to see if there was perhaps a leak we could fix before the next evening. There were dozens. All along the seams. Seems to be crafted by the quickest means with no testing. Do not buy this product.

We recommend inflating the airbed until it is firm to the touch but not overly tight, as overinflation can put unnecessary stress on the seams. The airbed should have a slight give when pressed.
