Screw on cap
I wish it had an option to come with a different top. I took off the handle and top and put one on from a smaller Colman bottle so I can have the push button do drink the water.

These growlers work and are affordable.
I use these bottles to keep hot water in to make a warm mash for my horse. Been using for a couple years now. It helps to cover them if the ambient temp is fairly cold. It keeps the water hot enough to do what I want even when left in the car for 12 hours, the water is still hot enough. They are durable, a couple have been dropped several times and they still work fine.

Cheap plastic
The plastic on the handle is cheap and will break into shards. Had to pull out a shard of plastic from finger about 3cm long. Very painful. Product is also closer to $70 at retailers (Walmart), not this $44 price mark listed here.

Durable and no spillage
Two stars for no spillage no matter how I toss it, and durability of the bottle. Quantity meets my needs during workout, but doesn’t keep beverages hot or cold for more than couple of hours. Can’t down it too quickly as the mouth opening is wide, got to exercise mindfulness when drinking unless you need some water to cool you down :D

Great Growler
I really like the size of this growler, it's not too big (physically) while also holding plenty of water. Instead of carrying a smaller bottle and having to refill it, this lasts longer and can easily be use shared between 2 people on shorter outings. Haven't tried warm liquids but it works well with ice water.
