Be prepared to sharpen it and make a blade cover.
It's fine structurally, expect to need to sharpen it and it will do the job just fine. But if you do not have sharpening tools, you will need to either have it sharpened by someone or you will be buying sharpening tools for more than the cost of this. Does not come with a blade sheath or cover. You are either buying it separately or you are making one. For the price, it is fine. But it just isn't ready to go and you may be better off spending more on something ready to go.

Great product to use when it’s needed
This axe has been comfortable, it seems to be pretty durable. For the price it was definitely worth it and it’ll be something we keep to use definitely.
