In response to your inquiry, to wash your Kids 50&deg;F Cool-Weather Sleeping Bag, please use Nikwax Tech Wash n a large front-loading washing machine, typically found at laundromats. After washing, dry the bag on low heat for at least 1 hour with 2-3 tennis balls or thick rolled-up socks to help re-fluff the insulation. We would like to inform you that Coleman sleeping bags do not contain added flame retardants, It was tested to CPAI75 which is flammability standard for sleeping bags. . In addition, many Coleman sleeping bag models are offered as PFAS-free.
