It comes with a carrying bag which is nice, we also like that the poles to this tent stay attached and had a little Velcro strap that keeps them all together this was the first time i had ever seen this before. The stakes that hold this tent down also come in a little bag so you can keep them all together as well. We really like this tent is well made and has great features. Our family will enjoy this tent for our family camping trips. We will be adding more to of these tents to our family.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven’t been out in the rain or storms with it yet so I can’t speak to its water handling. The tent sets up easily, the seams, poles, fabric and overall construction are robust and well designed. Would highly recommend this tent to anyone "car camping". Its not a Hiking tent obviously. Their Darkroom Technology is great, it truly does block out almost all of the sunlight.

However, I would say 3 fit with a lot of room and the 4 of us fit well but little room for other items. We had a lot of bags, clothes, pillows! The tent is super easy to set up, the dark out feature worked extremely well and did not overheat the tent. Overall I feel this tens was well worth the Money for its quality, durability, and ease of set up! Would definitely recommend!

It's very easy to put up, it takes about five minutes or less. It has a small net bag on the inside of the tent where you can store snacks. I like that when camping I could have light from the sun during the day and I could make it completely dark at night. The 4-Person Dark Room Coleman Skydome Camping Tent is so comfortable I absolutely love it. I will definitely be purchasing more of these tents in the future.

It keeps the sun out and the perfect temperature inside. It's very durable and easy to set up. It took me maybe 4 minutes to put it all together. It also keeps the rain out I haven't seen nor noticed any wet spots. It fit all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 toddlers) perfectly with enough room for our bags. I recommend this product to anyone and everyone whos looking for a good reliable tent!

The quality is very good as well. The tent keeps out a very good amount of light, which is very helpful for those who have a hard time sleeping with sun/moonlight. It also provides adequate room for up to 4 people to sleep comfortable. Setting up the tent was so easy and only took maybe 5-10 minutes. We love our new tent, and would definitely recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Missatx from Thick, quick set up and fits the family Okay so with kids it’s takes about ten minutes. But it really is a sturdy tent. I haven’t had a new one in years so seeing the new designs for how you snake the poles seems awesome. They really figured out all the previous tear and break points and with the new plastic clips it really feels secure. When I first read poles attached I thought it was across the unit. But it’s attach on two sides to help you know exactly how to snake it thru. Pretty mom proof for set up. I like how thick the bottom of the tent feels, definitely holds up to kids going in and out and the elements. The dark cover makes it easy to not be woken at the first light of day. We didn’t go an air mattress but shared sleeping bags with the kids and fit just fine. Also it was an easy take down and surprised it actually got back in the bag!

Comes with a nice carry bag to easily store tent when not in use. The stakes are slim and can be pushed into soft ground without having to use a hammer. The dark room tent blocks 90% of sunlight. Which is great if someone wants to sleep in during the morning. As well it keeps the heat out to. The seams are strong and the materials used are ok quality. This can hold up to winds of 35mph. And this holds up nicely to rain storms as it stays nice and dry inside. There's a pouch that can hold your phone or small objects in for storage. The height inside is bigger then I thought it was going to be. It says it's a 4 person tent but two adults fit fine. And this fits a queen sized mattress nicely with some extra room.

Rated 3 out of 5 by thorn726 from disappointed decent tent, darkroom tech is nice but the directions are absolutely miserable/ tetnt set up is not too bad but putting fly on is a terrible process that requires stretching things that look ready to rip. the way this tent style sets up i forsee it tearing apart far too soon, the straps to external poles are stressing the fabric. even after "widening" the carry bag there is no way i am getting both the tent and fly back in that terrible tiny bag. i expect better from coleman.

The Coleman 4 person Skydome Dark Room tent, is everything I have been searching for. The tent offers higher headspace and a large entry opening. The opening is perfect for all the ins and out of children and our pup. The darkroom feature is perfect for blocking the bright sunlight, which gives me relief and provides the perfect napping ambiance. The tent its self is a sinch to set up and similarly as easy to break down. It stores away so compact, it fits easily in a trunk, truck bed or even just hanging on the floorboards while you head to your next adventure! Check out my picture to see how small!! In the end this ten was perfect for my small family and I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for space and comfort.

The tent they used last year was an old one we found in the attic and it had some dry rot and holes. This tent is going to be perfect. It's still cold, wet, muddy and occasionally snowy out. So we set it up inside just to see. It was a pretty fast set up and it's going to fit her and her friends perfectly. The carrying bag is great also.

We went to the sand dunes to camp and the dark room technology helped keep all the light out from the vehicles. It was nice and warm too. I was able to sleep good. Fits two cots or qween size air mattress. I slept on two cots then add the qween size mattress so I had plenty of room to store under the cots. I was very pleased with this tent.

The absolute best part is literally the 3 minutes it took me to set it up in the dark! There is nothing worse than getting to your camp site after dark and struggling to put up a tent. This was so quick and easy and for that reason I highly recommend this tent.

Collapsing the tent on me in the deed of the night and leavening the tent unusable for the duration of the camping trip. It was easy to put up and put it away the first time and was great. It was a disappointment to me because a was usually impressed with Coleman products.

I like this tent but as someone who uses a BiPap and camps are least once a month with my kids Scout Troop I really need the opening for my extension cord. If it is added to the dark room tent I would definitely buy another one. The dark room tent really does better than normal tents in the Florida heat!! I am really pleased with it. If they made a 2 person one I’d buy it for my scouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jordan81 from Easy setup, plenty of room The 4-Person Dark Room™ Skydome™ Camping Tent, Blue that I received was incredibly easy to setup with the poles already in place and doesn't require you to manually insert them into place. I can't comment on the dark room technology as it's already cold outside. There is a nylon cover for the top of the the tent to prevent rain from entering and the tent claims to be waterproof which I can't comment on as there was no moisture.while I was camping. The tent comes in a nice and neat bag that has handles and keeps the tent rather small for convenient storage virtually any where. The 4 person tent will accommodate 3 people comfortably and I suppose will fit 4 people a little cramped but is doable. All in all I'm very pleased with the overall quality that I'm sure will last many years of camping fun. The included instructions are very simple and straightforward which I feel anyone will be able to setup the tent in no time

Although i omce i get use to setting it up 5 minutes seems very possible. The dark room tech is nice and does cut the sunlight and makes it nice amd dark in the tent. Over all I am really happybwoth this purchase.

There are 5 of us but we have a little one. Very simple to put up and take down. Great material . Coleman has always been my go to brand and this is why. You are never disappointed in their products.

This year the monsoons rolled in and the tent held up well for the first rainy day, after a week of constant downpours the tent leaked at three of the corner seams and underneath the mesh window. I’m SOL on the product warranty

I love how dark this tent is so great for sleeping after a long night of watching the campfire. Easy setup by one or two people depending on skill level one person is plenty. I did have a rip in the tent when taking it out of the box which leads me to believe that this tent isn’t very durable. With the price point I guess you get what you pay for.

The black out is GLORIOUS for having a baby in there! Keeps me from having to set up a black out tent inside for the baby!

We would be delighted to answer your inquiry. Please be advised that the minimun hyrdrolastic head rating for the fabric in this tent is 450mm. Waterproof materials do not 100% translate to a waterproof tent. The waterproofing of the tent is measured by our rain testing, which simulates a 6&quot; per hour rain. To make our tents as waterproof as possible we tape all of the rainfly seams, use our WeatherTec inverted seams in other area, and use a patented welding process. We also enhance stormworthiness by our rainfly designs. Specifically our rainflys extend in such a way that runoff or dripping water is unlikely to fall on a door or window area when the tent is properly setup and guyed. Last we use polyester tent bodies and rainflys, which adds inherent waterproofing as polyester is a hydrophilic (water-fearing/shedding/repelling) material.
