Possible though. Following the instructions very precisely for the way to roll up the tent, it fits the carry bag in terms of thickness, but it&#39;s pretty challenging to squeeze it in lengthwise. A couple times coming home from camping I&#39;ve had it sticking out of the bag, and only the ideal conditions of my garage have let me roll it up so I could get the zipper to zip.&#10;&#10;Love the tent generally though. Just went on a 5-day camping trip with rain most days, and I felt safe and dry. We understand that you are asking about the waterproof rating for the Coleman 4-Person Dark Room&amp;trade; Skydome&amp;trade; Camping Tent. We would be delighted to answer your inquiry. Please be advised that the minimun hyrdrolastic head rating for the fabric in this tent is 450mm. Waterproof materials do not 100% translate to a waterproof tent. The waterproofing of the tent is measured by our rain testing, which simulates a 6&amp;quot; per hour rain. To make our tents as waterproof as possible we tape all of the rainfly seams, use our WeatherTec inverted seams in other area, and use a patented welding process. We also enhance stormworthiness by our rainfly designs. Specifically our rainflys extend in such a way that runoff or dripping water is unlikely to fall on a door or window area when the tent is properly setup and guyed. Last we use polyester tent bodies and rainflys, which adds inherent waterproofing as polyester is a hydrophilic (water-fearing/shedding/repelling) material.
