Well loved and dry.
This isn’t the “glamper” so best not compare it to that. This is a small tent that was used a lot in 4 years throught some major lake effect wind and storms.
It’s still rocking!
I would’ve been happy with if it lasted four years we’ll see how it does this summer but if it leaks this summer, I might fix it or get a new one either way it’s worth the 80 bucks I spent on it. I needed something to sleep in without getting eatEn up by bugs and it kept me dry. I had worse problems with the fancy air mattress I bought.
I also went from a camper to this lol I got sick of dealing with things that break in a camper

On setting up the tent I immediately discovered this is definitely not a tent for the Fall, Northeast camper. The tent has significant draft points that may appeal to the deep south camper but are a liability where I live. In addition, it is quite flimsy and i will be wearing the tent in a 15 mile an hour wind. It is too late in the season to change. All I can do for now is try to plug the drafts.

An excellent tent
I have this tent because I am a avid camper. At age 67, I really appreciate the very easy and quick set up. The rain fly works like it is supposed to, without having to seal up the windows. Without the rain fly, the top of the tent is screened so you can lay in the tent at look up at the night sky!

I use mine for some occasional car camping. Goes up easy even by yourself. Proved to be fairly weather worthy in rain and wind. Nor sure it is truly a four person tent but two can fit no problem along with some gear

Not suitable for windly or cool weather
This test has net opening on all sides which don't close via a zipper. Therefore if its very cold inside, it will not keep you warm as the air will get in the tent from all directions.

Poorly made, seams come undone, pole came apart
Every single seam with a zipper came undone the first time we set it up. One of the poles elastic rope snapped and so we had to go buy elastic at the store. Rethread the entire pole, and duct tape half of it together. I wouldn’t waste your money sadly. Love the size, but the quality just isn’t there at all in any way.

Pole broke on the 2nd setup
Fiberglass pole shattered on the just the second setup attempt. First campout I used the tent it performed great, roomy enough and it was dry inside after a moderate thunderstorm. Now I have to go through the pain of replacing a pole.

Great tent during good weather, but beware of the
For the price you pay, the tent is a safe place during your camping trip and is a place for you to sleep. The materials are durable (however is heavy). Due to the nature of the design, it does not fare well in high winds (as advertised). When I took it to Iceland there were 32mph gusts (lower than the 35mph advertised resistance) however the poles were caving inward. The tent also has condensation issues and the walls get very wet after a rainstorm. However in the summer season it’s great as it’s large and cozy.

Nice but leaks when camping in the rain
Bought this tent brand new, We went camping in Oscoda MI,(first time using this tent) and the second night we were there it started raining and the tent was leaking in the corners and the zippers were letting water in.. a little disappointed in the quality of this product.

Nice size, great deal
I haven't camped with the tent yet, but I did set it up. It was easy to set up by myself and it's a perfect size for my purposes (I want to be able to put in my cot to sleep on and a chair and to easily move around and dress, etc.). It would also be a nice roomy size for a couple and would work for a couple and their child as well. I am satisfied that this tent is a great deal and I look forward to using it camping.

Another solid Coleman tent
My experience with Coleman tents has always been excellent, and this one is no exception. This is a solid, no-frills tent, great for car camping. I've only used it once so far, for a 3-night camping trip in which there was no rain but a little bit of wind, and it held up no problem. It's also very easy for one person to set up - it took maybe 10-15 minutes using the directions and taking my time.

This tent was pretty good for the first couple of years. As others have mentioned the material begins breaking down (even if properly stored). We are currently in the middle of a rainstorm and the tent is leaking from every angle.

Nice Tent
Great tent. First night sleeping in it we had a downpour of rain and stayed completely dried. 2 nice little pockets are included, big enough to hold my phone and earbuds. Claims to be a 4 man tent but it would be definitely tight quarters. All in all a nice tent and would buy this product again.

Basic Scout Troop Tent
We use these as our troop tents. The scouts are rough on them but they do the job well. We camp at least once a month and the rate of use does take a toll overtime. Expect this tent to last two years under heavy use by youth (if taken care of properly).

Nice little tent
Bought this tent for my husband and I thinking we’d have plenty of room. The set up was quick and easy. The Queen air mattress we used just fit with little room at door and feet. Easy zip in and out. Would get a larger tent next time around.

Best tent I ever owned.

A standard twin mattress is typically about 75 in x 39 in. Based on these dimensions, two standard twin mattresses should fit inside the tent side by side, although there will be limited remaining floor space for gear and other items. Each model of the Sundome tent is designed with specific dimensions to fit the tent's structure and provide adequate coverage.
