Well I absolutely love to go camping in the great outdoors! Well with this awesome Coleman 8 person dark room tent setup was a breeze it took less than 5 minutes to get it up. It also blocks ninety percent of sunlight which will definitely come in handy this hot summer. I would absolutely recommend this to all my fellow camping loving friends and family!

Well made and big
I received this item , I'm so happy it's perfect , took couple minutes to get up less time than other's, has so much room very true to size mine is 8 person , we fit alot in there. Held up in rain storm no leaks. And it really did keep alot of the sun out much cooler in the tent. I'm very pleased with this tent. I recommend this item

I Love the design and quality!
My family and I went up camping in Yosemite and got the Skydome as our tent. I just love how easy it is to set up and it took about 5 minutes! Very spacious from the inside and it kept us very warm all night long. I Highly recommend the Skydome tent as the quality and portability is amazing. I can't wait to go camping again!!

Perfect for a big family
This tent is perfect for our family of 6. My husband is the one who usually sets the tent up but I decided to try it took me about ten minutes it was pretty easy. I was surprised I could stand in it. I like the dark room feature it will be perfect when my daughter needs a nap. I would recommend this for a big family or group.

Easy Assembly
We haven't gotten to use it outdoors yet but we did set it up in our living room. It is very spacious for a tent. It was very easy to assemble also. We can not wait to use ot outdoors once it warms up. My daughter loves the blue and loved being able to "camp out". This isn't the first tent I've owned but is by far the best.

Spacious and durable
The poles are preattatched, so it didn't take too long to get set up.
Pretty spacious! The center height is 6 ft 4 in, while the floor is 12×9. I'd say it'd be able to fit a couple of queen-size beds.
Blocks out a good amount of sunlight.
It has a tub-like floor, welded corners, and inverted seams to keep water out.

Awesome!
We couldn’t wait to try out our new tent so we took it outside in the yard & set it up. Holy smokes was the set up super easy (literally when it says 5 minute setup, it’s not lying). Our kids had the very best time sleeping outside in their new tent. Can’t wait to take it out a little farther than just the backyard.

Great tent!!!
This tent is great! It is very cool looking, super roomy and well built. It was easy to put together and take down. The dark room technology worked really well and without the rain fly the netting allowed a great breeze and view of the sky! The entry mat for shoes was nice but could have been a little larger.

Cheap and low quality
This tent was meant for weekend camping in the mountains, however, it never made it to camping. We set this tent up hours after receiving it at home and immediately we noticed that the poles were damaged, scraped, and scratched up. This we could overlook as packaging might have been the issue for the damage. Not the case. After we opened the tent and set it up we noticed it has only one grommet for the rain fly to be held up over the door and no solution for where to put the other side of the pole. The tent had two foot long strings of thread hanging down around several of the seams. The rain fly had tiny pinholes all over it, thus allowing sunlight and rain to seep in. The design is easy to put up but the quality is trash and won’t last you very many trips before completely falling apart. We tried to call the help service provided within the packaging but after several paths of automated services, we were never able to talk to a representative. Quality and service are bad.

Easy to assemble
Coleman is know for its high quality products and it's no different with this one. This camping tent is very well made and easy to put together. So easy that you could use it to pay calling in the backyard with no trouble. It's very spacious and it fits well my family is 4. You can't go wrong with this product.

Great for bigger families!
We have taken our family of 6 on a few camping adventures with this tent! The inside is spacious enough to have 2 cots (for the old people) and 4 sleeping bags on the ground. We have never had issues with water seeping in which can be a major pain when you are camping. I would recommend this tent to others!

Not the best
It is nice and dark. The set up was ok. wish it has an electrical port. However, second use, we had some powerful wind and the rainfly stitching at the tie down ripped. We ended up having to patch it with some duct tape. So, that doesn't bode well for longevity. I couldn't get the pictures attached.

No good in the wind
Overall, seems like a nice tent. Size is good, set up fairly easy. I'm not a fan of these fast set up tents, kind of gimmicky, but it is ok. However, we found it could not handle the wind. We tested it in our front yard with a 15 mph wind and gusts that were higher. It completely caved in half the tent. This is totally unacceptable. I have camped in many situations with at least that much wind and my tents have all stayed standing. We double checked out set up, but had done what the directions stated. I think tie downs on the poles would help. We used the guy lines that were on the rain fly, but they don't stop it from happening. Also, there are NO loops for tent pegs in the middle on any side. I can't believe the long side, does not have a place for a stake. I don't think that made the problem we experienced, but it just isn't a good design that way. The back wall can cave in a bit without that extra stake. Seems like a good tent overall, but no way can this be used on a windy day.

Great size!
My boys are at an age (9 and 5) where they want to be out side. THey LOVE camping, and doing anything where they can just be one with nature. We love this tent because it's big enough for us all to have room, and can enjoy. Looking forward to summer and having our weekends away, tenting!!

Best tent ever
Coleman 8 person dark room tent is absolutely amazing.
On a hot sunny day in a tent can be miserable well not no more dark room keeps the tent really cool , and withholds a thunderstorm really well. There's so much room. I definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

Was great til it wasn’t
This tent is very easy to set up, even for one person. It is dark inside so you can sleep in unless it gets too hot. HOWEVER, we have only used this tent a few times and a pole snapped in 20mph wind. Since it’s a pre attached pole we cannot fix it.

Best tent I have ever owned
This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best tent that I have ever owned. Extremely easy to set up. Water proof and the thicker material makes it much darker during the day which helps keep the tent cooler. No one makes a better ten than this one.

I love our Coleman tent . This one sleeps 4 plus has a screen area . We have been in rain and the Coleman tent kept us dry . The tent is dark , has window for air. It is easy to set up and take down it stores in a bag .

Why didn't you address this with the customer service dept before slamming the product? Nylon zippers do that. Zip it all the way to the end and then gently rezip. It should mend itself. By the look of the photos, you have too much tension
