You definitely get more than you pay for...
The set up instructions on the pictograph are terrible but if you’ve ever set up a pole tent before then you can make it out fairly quickly. Me and my 4 and 5 year old set it all up in just over 10 min the first time we cracked it out of the box. I’m not a fan of not having any kind of vestibule area but I knew that before purchase. In hindsight, i wish i bought one with some kind of “front porch area” but the overall value of this tent is too hard to pass up. I can imagine that in a down pour this thing will get drenched through going in and out the doors. While its called “WeatherMaster” its probably more suited to “fairWeatherMaster” and with stellar ventilation, tall roof, and tons of space for the family, its still a great tent. The floor is strong and the stitching is consistently good. All in all, if you want a bomb shelter then go make something out of concrete and make it happen but this isnt it. It IS a fantastic car camping tent that will keep your family out of the occasional down pour and bug free on weekend trips.

pleasantly surprised and very pleased
Took it to Beech fork Lake, Audra State Park and Summersville W.V. 3 four day trips, applied extra waterproofing and with stood some rain and wind gust without any problems. Love the hinged door, plenty of room and is getting easier each time I set it up.

Stitches can be an issue
Ok first of all great tent, everything was fine until we built it for the first time, we found some stitching was broken at the door hinge. Nothing too big of an issue but still water can still come in we will need to fix it before we take it out camping.

It is a WeatherMaster!
We’ve had this tent over a year and have taken it on 6 camping trips encountering heavy rain and wind, and has done well. We did treat it with heavy duty water shield spray, but that is always a good idea with a tent. The hinged door is a game changer.

Great bad weather tent
We just spent 4 days in this tent in the black hills in SD. It withstood a severe thunderstorm that had up to 50mph gusts. We had maybe 2 tablespoons of water in the tent and it was still standing in the morning. Very happy with this purchase!!

Very spacious with handy features
My favorite features of this tent are the space and the dark technology. Coleman certainly did not slack on spaciousness. Up to 10 people can sleep in there and fits 3 queen air mattresses. I have never owned a tent this large. It’s also extra spacious height wise over 6 feet. The dark technology keeps the light and heat out so you can sleep longer and be more comfortable temperature wise. It took us a little over twenty minutes to put the tent together initially with two people, but I think we got the hang of it and should take less time moving forward. It has nice window and door design to have easy access to air or in/out of the tent. We did not experience any water, rain, or extreme weather to provide feedback on. There’s an extra space on the bottom of the storage back that you can remove to expand the bag in case you cannot get the tent folded neatly enough to fit back in the bag after use. I thought that extra touch was nice since I have never seen that before and get very frustrated when things don’t fit back in the package it came in.

Awsome Tent. Just one thing would make it perfect.
I’ve used one of these tents for over 10 years. As far as the tent itself I have no complaints. It’s been durable and fairly easy to set up especially given practice. My one request is that it be made available with darkroom technology.

If you got a couple people and any animals this thing is amazing got caught in a bad bad bad storm but slept thru it until morning when we woke up and went wow it stormed but we weren't affected love this for our week long or more trips

Perfect for a big family
Love the neutral colors. It is easy to set up. It took us about twenty minutes for two of us. The materials look sturdy and the height is comparable to a backyard shed. Love how it comes with carrying case as well for convenience.

This tent is an amazing value for the price. My family of five fit comfortably with our three dogs. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos as I had to set it up inside my living room. I can’t wait to take it outside this spring!

Roomy!
It's mid winter where I live so I was only able to put it together, check it out and then take it apart. Putting up was easy, no problems. It's so roomy! I can't wait for nicer weather when I'll be able to actually use it!

Do not buy!
This tent was extremely disappointing. After 6 uses the door zipper broke and fabric for the vent poles ripped because it was so tight. It’s an expensive tent to only last a few trips.
