Upon purchase also buy a water-repellent sealant, set it up, and spray the interior and exterior of the tent. Let dry, and apply second coat. When time for take down let dry out in sunny day. Also find 6-8 2x4" decanting sacks and keep them in throughout the tent bag pack.

I had bought a different one and it was dripping a little bit and I had to add a tarp. Coleman really know what they doing and they make their equipment very strong and long lasting. I love the extra space I make a room and sitting area and it feels at home.

The too comes off for hot summer nights to look at the stars and enjoy your camping vacation. It's actually easy to put together and definitely worth your money. I highly recommend Colman brands.

It was the perfect size for me, my husband, our 3 & 6 year olds, and our rotweiller! We had plenty of room! The added screen room made it even better because we were able to stay up after our kids went to sleep but still enjoy the outdoors without the bugs! I can't wait to use it again!

We live in NewHampshire and camp.in.the white mountains and the qeather can change in munutes. This tent keeps us extremelywarm and dry from any rain and wind. No condensationat all. So many areas to.open and experiencethe starry sky.

It has a screened in room perfect for keeping mosquitoes out. Its assembly didn’t take too long and as long as you follow the directions, even my two little girls helped put it together. This is great for even just a little back yard sleepovers.

Expect some drips on the wall sides from condensation. The bib floors help keep dirt out. The tent will last years. Take down is a bit harder than set up but after a few tries you will get it.

It rained pretty hard and we zipped up the windows. The inside stayed perfectly dry other then a few small spots where we had something touching the side of the tent. We have three boys 5 and under and there was tons of room for all of us. We moved our sleeping stuff over, brought in a camping chair and had breakfast with the five of us plus my mother in law and father in law who had slept in their own tent. Still plenty of room! The swing door is great for little kids other then their joy from going in and out constantly and allowing bugs to follow them. I wish there was more of an overhang by the door but I'm sure the effectiveness of the design would be lessened by the sail it would create when it's windy. It didn't seem to let any extra rain fall into the tent when we were opening the door in the morning. I love the tent and look forward to making many memories with it!

Love that it has a hook at the top of the tent on the inside for a lantern/fan. The storage bag has a piece that you can rip off, making the bag extend so you can put everything away easier. Very satisfied and it seems like it will last.

If it’s warm enough you can use it for extra sleeping space too. Withstands wind and rain and even had it out a few times in the snow. It’s a big tent which is nice but make sure you then have enough room to set it up too.

Needless to say I slept peacefully and had less interruptions with sound. Very affordable especially for how great it is. Highly recommend for anyone camping with family or friends

We only ever were in the tent to change and sleep. Will say the heat tended to stay in it making it uncomfortable during summer days. The tent has lasted us many years so I would recommend it.

Big enough for 2-3 queen size air mattresses and tall enough to stand up In to get ready. Folds up decently (I could almost get it back In the bag). But set-up is really cumbersome, pack size is massive and there are virtually no gear storage pockets inside. We went with the Skyome 8 instead and returned this one.

One used it every summer for numerous camping excursions including a 1 1/2 camping sabbatical through 7 western states. I've had to waterproof it twice. It's held up extremely well. It can be set up solo in about 30 minutes. If it every dies, I'll buy another.

I was pleasantly surprised how big it was and how easy it was for my boys to set up. It also rained and this tent kept us nice and dry with a view. I would recommend this product.

I love the “patio” section which also helped keep bugs out and the D ring door is my new must have for when I recommend tents for families. Set up was surprisingly easy. Great purchase.

It rained for a whole day while camping and nothing got wet or inside whatsoever! It looks only took about 10 minutes to assemble and that was by myself. It did have a stake missing though, but was easily remedied.

Unfortunately the main poles cannot be replaced by Coleman or other tent manufacturers. Coleman had great customer service but I have a perfectly good tent that I only need a pole for to use that isn’t made anymore.

I love the screen room where you can take your shoes off right before entering inside the tent. You can sit outside the screen if it's raining. It's very lovely to have definitely recommend this to.
