Rated 5 out of 5 by dehbie from Classic Coleman Quality With all the storms we have been having and losing power and refrigerators and freezers full of food, decided another large cooler couldn’t hurt to have on hand. The Coleman 316 Series Cooler is an affordable and reliable way to keep items cold. The 100 quart capacity holds everything I will need and the large rugged wheels will make moving the full cooler east. I especially like the easy to use handle so I don’t have to stoop to move the cooler. Items stay cold long and I love the color on this cooler.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Carrie D from Lid warped in 2 weeks Wheels and handles are stout. Much better than on my previous extremes. The lid is light and thin. Hard to close it all the way. Have to push both sides and already warping after 2 weeks. Ice melts in 2 days, on my porch, out of direct sunlight. If they put these handles on the extreme, theu would have an excellent product.

We live in Arizona and it's very hard to keep things cold while outside but this really did the job! We were out for about 6 hours and our ice didn't melt, our drinks stayed cold and the ice was still good the next morning

I was very weary with a 100 quart cooler on wheels. Well this cooler was lightweight, easy to maneuver, held more than u can imagine and keep everything cold. So happy we have one!

It is a 100qt. cooler that has a lid and body that are fully insulated, which helps make your ice keep for up to 5 days. It has 2 wheels on it, so you can pull it easier with the big handle it has through grass and sand, etc. It also has 2 little handles to lift it up to a table or something. The lid can be used as a seat for someone weighing up to 250 lbs. It has 4 cup holders on the lid as well. Now talk about the inside, it is humongous. You can fit all kinds of stuff in this Coleman 100qt. Cooler. The inside can hold up to 160 cans. I would definitely recommend this Coleman 100qt. cooler to anyone who needs a perfect cooler for all the different activities you might have.

I also like the design has the wheels in a slight elevation, that way they are only used when pulling the cooler, the stopper is also on the side that tilts, so it is emptied efficiently. It has standard cup holders on top and is very promising on the amount of time it keeps things cool. It can definitely hold a lot of things, its perfect for an outing or party with a large crowd. The only thing I feel could use improvement is the strap that joins the lid to the cooler. It isn’t very sturdy and a little loose, so the cooler doesn’t stay open without being held. But other than that minor issue its great.

I absolutely love this cool and will enjoy it when the summer comes, and we do our outside shenanigans this couldn't come in so handy for a summertime, picnics and parties and anything we're doing outside that we need a cooler. This cooler is gonna be the one I'm grabbing, I'm not even grabbing my old 1. I'm just gonna use this one I mean, if nobody got this cool, you don't need to run out and buy like right now. But I have suggested this cooler to my family and friends and I absolutely love this cooler. I may bite as a gift for one of my family members. But yes this cooler is the business

We usually love going to a hike or just picnic in a beach. We used this durin our trip to NC mountains, and it was just WOW! The texture is so good,the wheels are so smooth, you can easily pull the cooler and guess what the things that I love most is it is very lightweight . We have a good 4 days in mountains and this Coleman Cooler give us the iciest cold drinks that we even put our cold cuts in there. Highly recommended. Good Value for the money!

We have used this cooler once and it kept the ice for a very long time however, the lid is already warped. It does not seal up on either side. After searching the internet, we are not the only people that are having this problem. Many of the reviews I have read date back to 2021. This problem should have been resolved by now. I am very disappointed that I am going to have to throw this cooler away after only one use.

We are a family of 4 but are super close to our extended families and throw big parties all the time! I’m so excited that we won’t have to have multiple coolers because this one is so big! And it’s a bonus that we can take it camping and have it as an extra seat for one of the kids haha! I love the gray color too! I’m so excited for all future family events!!

The top also serves as a seating area. It is insulated, Drinks stayed cold for hours, ice kept for a really long time. This cooler holds a lot, there’s so much room inside. The drain plug allows for easy draining, without having any issues. The heavy duty wheels and and leak proof design is a great choice for those heading out for camping, fishing, the beach and more!

I had high expectations for this cooler and it certainly met them. Not only is this cooler extremely spacious it is also easy for travel. Given its size it’s perfect for a vacation to the beach or a camping trip. It keeps things cold for a few days and had no leakage. It’s actually quite light and the wheels make it easy for anyone to move it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by tthompson004 from Summertime Fun I really wanted to love this Coleman 100 QT cooler but there was one thing that really erks me. First the good things. This cooler is LARGE! I can fit 160 cans in this cooler and quite a few bags of ice, there is a drain at the bottom so I can easy let out any water when I’m finished using, there are 4 cup holders on the top of the lid, the cooler is sturdy enough to sit on (extra seat!), and the best part about this cooler is that it has two wheels and a large handle. I love that I can wheel it around if needed, even if it’s completely full! The wheels and large handle make this easy. Now back to the annoying part of this cooler, for the life of me I could not get the lid to stay open on its own. This really is a pain when trying to put in those 160 cans and ice. If you can get past that issue, it’s a great cooler.

I was replacing a cooler that was about 50 quart that I had for years and wasn't quite up to par anymore. This 100qt 316 series cooler is great! I put ice in it with all of my drinks and food for a 4 day camping trip. The temps were between 60 and 90 degrees during those days. It lasted for all 4 days plus the 2 more days I left it in the car, too lazy to deal with it. So, I would definitely recommend it just for the fact that it keeps ice forever. It's sturdy enough to have 2 people sit on it. It has a built in ruler on the lid for if you want to measure your fish if you are fishing. It has 4 cup holders. It also has wheels! Amazing cooler for many different uses. I would recommend for any activity that needs a big cooler.

We used it for my daughters birthday party and we filled it up with all different kind of pops and juices and that’s one less thing I have to worry about! Of course we had lots of soda left over and we just kept the cooler outside with the ice and soda in it and it lasted for like 7 days. It is cold outside as well right now. I can’t wait until we bring it camping with us this summer coming up because it is supposed to keep beverages cold for up to 5 days! The wheels and arm on the cooler make it so easy to move around and if you do need to lift there is separate handles for that too! There are 4 cup holders on top and it would work for extra seating if needed! There is also a ruler on it for fishing but I don’t necessarily think I will ever use that but for some that is handy too!

With my previous ice chest, after you fill it up with ice, food and drinks it is so heavy! But now I don't have to worry about carrying it anymore! The top has 4 cup holders so you can use the top as a table or a chair because the lid supports 250lbs on top of it. I do find the lid is a bit more difficult to open. But other than that this is my new favorite ice chest.

It's used as so versatile that I find myself using it weekly sometimes if not daily. We especially love the feature on top including couple of others and fish ruler. It's like everything I wanted and needed all rolled up until one sweet package. It is lightweight when empty and has a nice clean spout to drain water or whatever and what have you out of the cooler itself. It is quite large and easily holds enough food for a week while camping or fishing For a family of 5 including 3 adults and 2 small children and one dog. The schooler has been the talker on the campfires since the day I came home I planned on acquiring more and gifting them this Christmas to friends and others who have been so interested in this piece.

We have to travel about an hour away to do our shopping, this cooler fits in the trunk, pre cool and we have no problem bringing our meats, fish, eggs frozen goods home. Handles are easy to grab and carry. The cooler feels sturdy and high quality. It is also attractive looking. I would highly recommend this ice chest for anyone that goes camping and is worried about ice!

My wife and I decided to take longer camping trips and wanted to upgrade to a larger cooler for drinks, water, etc. My smaller 30 year old coleman cooler still going strong. Ice melted in a day in 80 degree weather. Wheels seems unstable in relation to weight with a loaded cooler. Sun warped the lid. Really disappointed in the quality of this cooler compared to past experience with coleman. Especially for a 100 bucks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by katedb794 from Standard cooler that holds the cold pretty well Coleman and camping are generally synonymous with a good time and quality products. I took this cooler to the 24 hour Rolex race at Daytona to give it a fair run for its money. Overall, it did well. The ice held from Friday night to Monday afternoon with some time left to go, but about half had watered down so the ratio isn’t as high as higher end coolers like yeti but it’s easily 1/4 the price too. The space is phenomenal, and can hold plenty of sodas/snacks for a weekend trip. My biggest complaints for the money, I expect a thicker feeling lid that also stays open better and a better strap to hold the lid in place. I found myself constantly fighting it while trying to grab things, and the strap actually snapped. Overall it’s a good cooler but I wouldn’t have spent triple digits on it. I will continue to use this for more single day uses like birthday parties, cookouts and pool days.
