Great for Tailgating
This came in handy for our tailgate gathering. It's compact but holds a lot of items and keeps them cold all day. Being in FL this is great because our heat doesn't allow coolers to stay cold all day. This was not the case for this one. The cooler held the temperature all day and our drinks were nice and cold each time we got one out. I like that it's light and not heavy so adding your cans in isn't going to make it where you can't carry it. The handle is well constructed as well as the cooler. The color is perfect and we look the size and capacity of the cooler.

not durable.
I wasn't going to leave a review as I'm still waiting on warranty service but the Coleman autobot spammed me and asked for one so here goes: this cooler is not nearly as durable as advertised. In 2 days use one zipper pull broke off and after 5 days use the stitching on the upper compartment let go at the corner, allowing stuff to fall out. extremely disappointed. I'm trying hard not to be a yeti snob because their stuff is so obscenely overpriced but it's hard not to consider them when Coleman puts out this kind of quality. However, I will say ice retention is above average and I was happy with that aspect. Also, the liner inside is sturdier than most I've seen. The reflective loops on the side appear useful and cool in the promo ads for this thing but truly serve no purpose. Get rid of the loops, add pockets and get rid of the front pouch that's made of a plastic material that definitely won't last. This cooler isn't where it needs to be but it's on the right track.

What I was looking for
Just what I was looking for. I use it as a lunch box. It has what you need. The interior is spacious capable of fitting multiple to go containers. The best part is the top pocket that has a lot of space to put your items that do not need to be cold. The material is tough and it looks like it can take a beating. I would recommend this cooler, I bought some Molle pouches to put on the side to hold my bottles.

7 months til zipper failure using it gently
If you want to pay a little over $11 a month for a lunch box, this is the one for you. After 7 months the front pocket zipper and top zipper stopped functioning. No abuse, no extremely dirty environments, just putting stuff in at the house, opening at lunch, and then taking stuff out at night. This holds everything you could need and more, but didn't hold up anywhere near as long as the $22 cooler I was using before this...think 7 months for this vs. 4 years for the soft cooler. It's an ok lunch box, just don't get attached to it

Sleek and Handsome, like the Cowboy in add!!!
I really like the new sleek and handsome look of this cooler and the Coleman is bringing their products back to fit the lifestyles of todays. This particular cooler was comfortable and held a complete 12 pack with room for more! Kept my items cold and to carry was easy. Not only was the cooler easy to carry, but sleek and stylish like the cowboy in the add! Totally brought made me want to buy this cooler, especially since my husband and I are into the Yellowstone theme the last few years!!!! Love it! Love him!!!

Works Great
I had a long drive ahead of me that I was looking forward to testing this out on. So I filled it with some waters, energy drinks and ice. I drove 16 hours and still actually had ice in it. The moisture from the water and ice hadn’t sweat out of the ice chest. Outside of the weight, you wouldn’t know that I had kept that in there that whole time. The size is great for traveling with 2 or so people. It would work well for picnic or as a large lunch box. I highly recommend this to anyone who does any of the above.

Great cooler!
I was quite impressed with this cooler. I used it for Christmas day and had several people looking at it. I had ice in it for 8 hours and not a single cube melted. The only flaw with it is that zipper gets hung up on the corners. Other than that, it's a great cooler

Excellent cooler, I work outside a lot and this cooler keeps cold even in south Ga heat in my truck. I use frozen 20 oz bottles of water and they are partially frozen at the end of a12 hour day. Coleman got this one out of the park!

Great for road trips!
This soft cooler is the perfect size for road trips. I place a few refreezeable ice packs in the bottom, along with drinks, meals, and snacks. There is plenty of room to store everyone's favorites and extra compartments on the exterior to store napkins and utensils. The cooler also does not take up a large footprint, making it perfect for cars, boats, and picnics. I keep the shoulder strap attached since I typically have my hands full and find it most comfortable to carry that way.

Sleek, Modern and Holds A Lot!
I love the great design of this cooler - very modern and stylish yet totally practical. It holds 24 cans of whatever drink but also loads of picnic foods and snacks. The best part is that it so light that it is much easier to carry than traditional coolers. Everything stays cold for a long time, too. The soft side makes it easier to pack in the car or to carry without banging up your knees. I am impressed and definitely recommend this great-looking functional cooler tote bag!

Underwhelming product. Customer Service not Good.
Underwhelming product. Be certain what you see on the screen is what you want, because the return and exchange policy is subpar. For me a return was impossible because it took customer service more than the 5-day period to get back to me. When they eventually did my question was not answered because clearly a bot wrote it. I have had a stainless Coleman cooler for over 30 years. The company has not disappointed until now. Replacing my tent soon. Will be looking elsewhere.

Great lunch box
Groat Product! Large enough to hold a fair amount of food containers. Nice storage on top. Great materials, with one slight downfall. I would have liked the hand grip on top to be more rigid as it tends to flex under heavier loads. Molle webbing is functional to attach water bottles carriers and other items. When compared to high dollar day coolers used as a lunch box, this product is hard to beat for the money. Really like the colors as well.

Not durable
Does a great job keeping my food and drinks cold. The main storage zipper is big and durable, sometimes it's can be a pain to open and close. BUT for the zippers on the top and side storage the zippers are terrible they are small not even the size of zipper on a pair of jeans my broke. Zipper came off the teeth. I have only had mine 6 months I got it December of 2025 and it's June 2026 . Definitely not worth the price tag.

Great size and keeps food frosty cold!!!
We borrowed this from a friend and were very impressed!!! It is a great size and is so solidly made. The fabric is strong and doesn’t add extra weight. There was enough room for our freezer packs and a good amount of food. Everything stayed nice and cold. I like that it has a shoulder strap to free up the use of both hands, but it also has a handle to carry it too.

Super durable and good size
I really like the tough and durable aspect of this cooler. I could drop it down a hill and it would survive with a few scratches. The only downside is the zipper on the main bin is a bit hard to get around the corners due to the material. Other than that, great cooler that holds a couple bottles of wine or a 12 pack of 12 oz cans

Amazing cooler!
This cooler has Coleman written all over it, it's well constructed well designed and incredible. It has the space you need for lunch at work or for a day at the lake. Wether you need a new cooler or not consider getting this one. It has plenty of space and I absolutely love the upper lunch pocket built into the lid of the cooler.

Makes the best lunchbox and cooler ever!
The Coleman Pro Soft Cooler and lunchbox is an incredibly good buy with plenty of room for anything, soft drinks, food, ice packs. And this is not even mentioning all the extra pockets that can store keys and/or aspirin or other meds. It is well built, and I love the large size! I will be purchasing another one soon as a gift.

Very high quality
This is a very high quality cooler and is perfect for keeping drinks or even cold sandwiches nice and cool. The cooler itself is very thick and well made and the strap makes it easy to carry around as well. Overall I am very happy with this awesome cooler and will probably be using it almost everyday for work now.

Great cooler
I love this cooler. It has plenty of room and keeps my drinks nice and cool. It is also very sturdy and has a handle that makes it easy to carry around. I also use it to put snacks in. You can literally take this anywhere such as Beach Park picnics or just keep in your car. I will definitely be using this a lot

This is the perfect cooler for day trips!
Bought one of these to give as an employee door prize at a meeting because my husband and I have one and we love it. The employee that won it, says she loves it. The part at that top that you can keep sandwiches or other things in cool but you don't have to worry about falling in the water/ice is GREAT!

Durable and a great size!
I absolutely love this cooler. It is extremely well made, with thoughtful features. I like the oversized zipper pulls that make it easy to open and close. I like the convienient top handle. I like that the strap is large enough for my six foot husband to use over the shoulder easily or my tween. Its adjustable and sized right. The size is great. It can easily fit behind the seat in your car. It has a section on the top that makes a super spot to keep items you may need for a day out but don't want sitting in the ice. Think napkins, utensils, hand sanitizer, a bag of chips, etc. Its also a really great size. You can fit plenty of drinks, ice, and food. We have used this for a day trip to the beach as well as a road trip. It just can't be beat. I have another brand bag cooler that I find heavy, hard to open, and inconvenient to access inside of based on the bag format. This cooler beats it hands down. Items stay cold, its easy to carry places, and works great. Highly, highly recommend.

Great Coleman Cooler!
This is a great Coleman cooler! It is very roomy and it fits a good amount of beverages, different sizes. I like that it has a hard shell inside the bottom part that will keep the bag from leaking. The separate pockets and top compartment is also helpful for storing other items.

Nice and sturdy
This cooler is nice and sturdy with great zippers and lots of storage. It’s not huge, but perfect for picnics or road trips. It’s got a lot of storage space, and keeps things nice and cool. I like that it has a dry storage space, and a smaller pocket for utensils, napkins, etc.
