Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keep looking folks. This isn’t the one. This cooler sucks It does not hold ice for even 8 hours in the shade let alone the 5 days it claims. Even if you “pre cool it” first .The drain leaks and the handle jams up and pinched a finger leaving me with a nice little blood blister trying to get it to work. I might as well have thrown the money I spent on this out in the street and walked away. I hate leaving a review like this but come on Coleman! Didn’t you test this thing out before production started?? I’ve always been a Coleman girl.. I have a 50 year old lantern 220H that’s still the best thing out there.. And my tent is bomb! Now it’s just a box I can’t use that takes up space in my storage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two Physical Weak points and One Organizational The product is great at keeping items cold. The product is true to size and moves easily on asphalt and sidewalks. Definitely not for the beach. The first weak point is the plug, if it ever gets lose it will grind on the ground. It will not hold water any longer. The second weak point are the handles. When they are fully deployed they will get stuck when trying to place back in the closed position. The one organizational is that Coleman needs to get back to being "Right to Repair" friendly. Now I have a 60 dollar cooler that has no parts to replace the plug. Colemans competitors are becoming more right to repair friendly. I still have the cooler even though it has been downgraded to getting groceries.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle Sux Had a cheap cooler from Walmart. Handle was very aggravating to extend and retract. Decided to upgrade to better named cooler. Bought this Coleman cooler. Tried the handle on the store several times. It worked well. However after about 5 uses, handle started acting up. Now very aggravating!!! I think it is the same handle that was on the cheaper branded cooler from Walmart!!! Come On Coleman!!!!.... You can do Better!!!! Do not buy!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for airline travel I love this cooler, it has made numerous trips on different airlines and holds up by keeping the food frozen in the summer for 12 plus hour flights. Love the wheels and easy of using the cooler to stack my other bags on it. This cooler holds up to multiple hunting and fishing trips in Alaska. I just lost my wheels on my last flight and I plan on replacing them. My only complaint is trying to find the correct wheel/axel kit, since I can’t find the model number.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps items cold ... poor quality handle The cooler keeps items cold; wheels work great ... but the telescoping handle is really poor quality. First it wouldn't collapse (fixed with WD40 lube) ... now it won't extend. Big disappointment for a $60+ cooler and 3 months of use. My advice ... if you need a cooler with a telescoping handle look elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A 5-hrs Cooler NOT 5-Days!!! I was hoping this would be the one, but just like my ex, I was sadly mistaken. After reading some not-so-good reviews, I still decided to give this cooler a chance because I refused to believe that Coleman would continue to sell a subpar product to its loyal customers. So, before going on an upcoming camping trip, I wanted to test the 5-day guarantee, so I placed a bag of ice in the cooler and set it in my kitchen, with an inside ambient temperature of 75°. However, nearly the entire bag was melted 5 hours later. The wheels are wobbly, and like others have stated, the handle is extremely flimsy. Is this really the quality that Coleman stands behind? And why would they keep selling this cooler knowing that on average the 5-day claim was not true. I'm extremely disappointed and now have to go through the hassle of making a return. I will not purchase another Coleman cooler. 😤

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not durable, NOT RECOMMENDED! It doesn’t keep ice nearly as long as advertised and the extendable handle doesn’t extend. I’ve had Coleman equipment for years but this is not the Coleman quality of the past. Back in the day you didn’t even think about it, if I was Coleman it WAS the best. I researched the the reviews and even though thy mentioned the specific problems I’m having I thought, no not Coleman. Now I’m regretting my purchase, especially after trying to start a warranty clam!! The website is is very subpar and hard to navigate. Never again, can probably purchase any Chinese product that preforms as good and a lot less expensive!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wheel attachment design is poor We use the this cooler every weekend and loved the wheel and telescoping handle. Handle wa getting difficult to extend. WD40 took care of that issue. Then the wheel axle started falling off. Not good at all for a filled cooler. Glued it back on. Fell off. Secured it better. Fell off. Last straw is the wheel popping off he axel. Poor design again. Uuggghhh We can’t win. I need a durable cooler.
