I have bought sponge made for tall cups to see if that helped but it still smells I have to take the little stopper out and use a qtip on it to make sure there is no liquid left in there

I especially love any in any shade of pink lol You show one in the color pine berry on your site but have no where to buy it. Will you ever have somewhere that sell's it?? I have been checking for months to see if it is being sold yet. Thank you for a great product!!!!

The rubber seal popped out AGAIN, coffee leaking everywhere. Don't think I'll be purchasing this brand again. Now that I'm reading the reviews, its obvious that there's a serious flaw/defect in the seal that leaves the mug useless. It's only a matter of time (months) before this happens. Very disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fufu from Get it on sale not full price. Not worth it. Leaks after a month, the lid is difficult to clean, very difficult. I would leave the lid in hot water soaking with soap and it’s still dirty. This is disgusting. Look at the pictures. The rubber expands and you need to purchase a new one or replaceable rubber, it doesn’t keep the coffee HOT it might keep it warm. I have to reheat my coffee when I get to work and I work 10 minutes walk to my job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bighurt from Leaks like a Sieve Lid leaks, they say leakless but the gasket, sharp edge and threads aren't properly aligned. The edge is sharp so it grabs, rolls and removes the gasket as the lid is tightened. If you don't stop tightening the lid at the right spot you'll be wearing your coffee. To little and it leaks to much and it leaks. Poor design absolute garbage, 10 out of 10 will never buy another Contigo product again.

I have a collection of water bottles and this one hits all the marks of aspects that I am looking for in a water bottle.... - The Size is perfect that I can easily throw it into my purse, carry effortlessly, and it fits in my car cup holder. -The 24oz is perfect size for qty of liquid. As a Dance Teacher in the evening I unable to keep stopping class to refill by water bottle between classes. -This keeps your drink at the intended temperature for more time than you will need it to be. As a nurse during the day, I need to quickly access my bottle for hydration and I'm delighted as I sip late in the afternoon and its still cold from the morning when I filled it up. -I left/lost this bottle and I knew I needed to repurchase this same bottle or I wouldn't be happy.

If I drop it, I don't have to worry about getting coffee all over the place or spilling it if I knock it over. The only complaint I have is with the lid. Sometimes it is hard to snap it open & you have to clean the inside rim very well or it will get residue on the seal.

I bought Grayed Jade color and it seems to be like a lighter army green, but its just a color. Also the snap seal was kind of hard to open at first but after a day it got easier for me. Overall this product has great quality, easy to use and performs wonderfully. I will be buying more in the near future!

I pushed the seal back in, and now the mug won't stop leaking. I work from home and have cats, and need a spillproof/leakproof lid. This is my FOURTH Contigo mug to have a lid break or fail during cleaning. I've had three AutoSeal mugs and this SnapSeal. It might be time to find a different brand...

Rated 2 out of 5 by MelyMay from Great for 2 months, then the seal stopped working! Bought 2 of these mug a couple months ago and loved, loved, LOVED them! No leaks! liquid stays HOT for a very long time as promised! And of course...Dishwasher safe! I rushed back to the store to buy 2 more. Then all of a sudden, 1 by 1 the seals started to leak. I found that if I dried the parts thoroughly, that I was able to correct the problem for a short period of time. At this point, we also started hand washing the mugs, since we thought maybe the heat could be causing an issue. Now, they leak even though we are hand washing them, and even if the parts are dried thoroughly. To elaborate on the problem, the hole in the lid where you drink from does not leak...but the seal where you screw the lid on is what is leaking. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but in visiting this site, I see that there are others having the same problem. It seems to be a performance flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Contigo Byron 2.0 Travel Mug the last almost week for work. It has quickly became my favorite mug for coffee. One thing I really like with this is, it's stainless steel. I don't have to worry about it getting broken, or my coffee getting cold. This holds 24 ounces, and keeps my coffee hot for hours!! This has the THERMALOCK Vacuum insulation. It will keep drinks hot for up to 9 hours. I change my coffee out, about every 2-3 hours. But, it keeps it hot the entire time! I did leave coffee in it for the 9 hours to test how it did. It's definitely accurate, the coffee wasn't super hot, but still pretty warm! For cold drinks, it keeps them cold for up to 21 hours. Which is also accurate as well! I left a cold drink in for 24 hours, it was still cold, just not as cold as when I first put it in. But, I'm very impressed at how well this mug does for both hot, and cold beverages. Next, the SNAPSEAL Technology works incredibly well!! It keeps the lid leak-proof when closed. Even if this gets knocked over when closed, it will not leak. That's another feature I tested out, and it didn't leak at all when getting knocked over several times! I also like the flip lid, makes it easier to open with one hand, which is very convenient. I do want to mention, the stainless steel body needs to be hand washed. The lid is top rack dishwasher safe. But, make sure you take the seal from around the inside of the lid, and the round ball looking piece that seals the lid from leaking, out and clean them as well. They will get build up underneath if they aren't taken off and cleaned regularly. Overall, this is the best mug I've ever used! It's super easy to use, convenient for on the go, work, traveling, or even just around the house. The quality is completely outstanding!! Very heavy duty, and durable!

I love how it keeps drinks insulated just enough and adds a fun, unique touch when gifting beverages. My only wish is that it came in a few more color options, but overall it’s a clever, practical accessory that works exactly as advertised.

I purchased 2 new mugs and they lasted a couple of months before they stopped keeping anything warm let alone hot. The only saving grace is the warranty and the great customer service. I've got 2 more replacement mugs coming in the mail within 17 days so, fingers crossed.

But every time the snap the seal on the bottle, it takes too much effort to open it. I am not sure if any other buyers have ran into this issue. I checked with my other friends too and then agreed to this notice. For the same reason, I never actually seal the top but sometimes when I do it, I regret it.

A few months ago my Contigo stopped working properly, it just didn’t keep the cool so I just remplaced it. My last one, a 20 oz one presented exactly the same problem, it didn’t maintain the cool and exude all the body as soon as you place some iced water on it. How can I prevent this to happen again?

Rated 5 out of 5 by wip1968 from Best - and toughest - mug ever! This was my first ever Contigo mug that I purchased three years ago, after reading a review in a local newspaper. I use it daily to keep both cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. I can fill it with ice cubes and water, and 10-12 hours later, there are still ice cubes. With the lid off, ice cubes can last 6-8 hours. Hot drinks easily last for the advertised 8 hours and more. But what I love most is the amazing durability. I ride a motorcycle, and carry my Contigo in an external backpack pocket. Suffice to say, I've had it slip out last year on a stretch of highway while going at 100 km/hr, where it bounced and tumbled on concrete and asphalt for several hundred meters. But when I recovered it from the side of the highway, I was surprised to find that the lid stayed on and my drink was safe. It survived intact, albeit dented and scratched. To this day, it continues to work perfectly. Best drink mug ever!

It’s more expensive then a lot of makes but has lasted so well - surviving being dropped on several occasions. Since I’ve had one several others in my office have also purchased them! Only downside is the rubber seal sometimes comes “unseated” in the lid and is pretty hard to get back in.

The seal inside has stretched which allows the coffee to seep out. I try to remember when I wash it to push the seal back in. Must have forgot because today I have a major leak and the seal is too stretched to go back in place. So it goes in the trash!!

It keeps drinks cold or hot for many hours and features a secure closure and a highly durable lid that locks in the temperature. It also has a comfortable handle. If you want a cup that keeps your drink at the right temperature for hours and secure, I highly recommend this one—it is the best of them all.

These cups keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for HOURS! I can fill up my coffee before I leave for work and after 8 hours it is still warm. Fill it with ice and water and it stays cold even in the hottest weather. Very highly recommend these!

The ice keeps my drink cold for hours. One time I forgot it in the car during a hot summertime for about 2 or more hours and the ice didn't melt all the way when I got back to my car. The seal of the lid closed tightly, with no leaks or spills.

It keeps warm my coffee... For cleaning I use a mix of bicarbonated warm water, dishsoap and white vinager, so, after 20 or 30 minutes I can clean it with a brush... I can put a straw in it and works great...

It WILL NOT LEAK OR SPILL.... But the rubber grip is useless. It has gotten stretched or something and gets water underneath it... That water drips down your chest when you drink. Would suggest a different style without the rubber.

I was looking for the little rubber stopper but you don't have them and then was going to order a whole new lid. I will get another mug so I have it for my trip. My I clean my mug every day but the stopper has got black on it and since I am on O2 I don't want any infections.
