Still by my side! The only thing I complain is the rubber seal ring... ease to come out but very difficult to put back on. I have developed a trick to put it on quickly (with a pencil point) but it comes out to ease.

I have owned many contigo mugs and currently have 5 and none has ever leaked. Not once. It didn't leak for the first couple of months now I make sure it is standing up at all times. Have to find a model that doesn't leak.

Easy to clean keeps hot drinks hot/warm overnight and cold drinks cold/chilled all day. There is no funny taste. The rubber grip is perfect for keeping in your hand. They never leak so I have no issue with tossing it in a bag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by wstichter from Repeatedly disappointed in lid seal failure I absolutely love these mugs! HOWEVER..... I have purchased 6 of them in the last month (I use 2 each morning for my coffee) because the seal on the lids keeps failing within a couple of weeks and I have to throw them out. There is no repairing it and it is so frustrating. When they work properly they are wonderful, easy to handle, keep my coffee hot for hours. But if you do not watch carefully after each wash and the seal has come loose, then you end up with hot coffee all over you and your car/desk/floor. I have tried other mugs in hopes of finding something similar that would work but they just do not perform as well as these (other than the seal issue) or feel as easy to handle in my hand, or fit my truck cupholder as well. I wish Contigo would fix this issue so I could enjoy using my mugs again and not have to worry/stress over wondering just how long the next mug I purchase is going to last before I have to go buy another replacement.

It keeps hot coffee WARM but not HOT. Perhaps I got a defective unit but the only claim I can see is "Will keep hot drinks hot for 7 hours" but that is not my experience. Quality seems OK but nothing special.

Unfortunately the seal inside of the lid is bad. It comes off and breaks. I have purchased 2 of these mugs for my wife and myself and have had issues with both. Very dissatisfied with my contigo because of this issue. Would not purchase again.

I’m thinking the reason we can’t buy these parts separately is because you want us to keep buying them. ; ) I’ll keep buying them, best quality cup and best at keeping your drink either hot or cold.

But it also has great insulation so it keeps drinks hot or cold for hours, and a good rubber grip. Everyone who sees this bottle wants one too - we feel part of a quickly-growing Contigo family around us!

The lid design is a bit frustrating - it was leakproof for the first couple weeks after I bought it but now the piece that is supposed to block the opening allows liquid to leak through, even in the closed position. Coffee, coffee everywhere....

My Contigo Travel tumbler is one of my favorite go-to tumblers simply because it keeps whatever I have in it, either hot or cold for a long period of time. It's easy to clean, snaps to ensure that it's closed, and this brand has NEVER made me regret purchasing their products, and I have a lot of Contigo products even for my grands.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Toddthewraith from Good cup, bad gasket. The cup does it's job. Mostly. However the reason I bought it is the leak proof seal. Turns out, not so leak proof. Had the thing about 3mo, and the gasket stretched so now it leaks. I don't think it was properly cured, as it's only the area near the spout that leaks. This seems to be a common problem, but hasn't been fixed yet.

The third one which was shipped to me May 17th has the same issue the ring came out. It’s great that there’s a lifetime warranty and has been replaced with no hassle but I don’t even want another replacement.

My ice water stays icy cold even over night and my coffee stays hot till its gone. I love that it is leak proof because it gets tossed around in my lunch bag and never leaks. My only complaint, both of the lids leak on my two 20 oz Byron leak and they're only a few months old. Now, I only use the lid when walking between offices. It's really embarrassing when you spill coffee down your shirt in a meeting.

But trying to drink from it without spilling coffee all over myself is a real challenge. I don't like the hole and find it hard to use so I take the cover off to drink. I prefer the old type of spout

I contacted customer service and within thirty minutes I got an email telling me that my order had already been processed. Within two hours I received another message that it had been shipped.

But it is the only one he will use, becaue it keeps his coffee hot, when he gets too busy to drink it in time. He has others that were given to him as a gift, but this is the one he uses!

I can also attest that it is leakproof and I can throw it in my bag without worry. It's a great price and while I'd love to buy more, I don't need to because this has held up and is in great shape!

It keeps my drink hot, but ot alters the flavour of my tea so much I don't want to drink it. Don't know about coffe, but if you drink tea iced chai latte is fine hot, skip it. Go for glass or ceramic.

Ice cubes were still floating! My only complaint is the drinking hole is too small - great for sipping (esp. hot coffee) but not so much for gulping (I was ready for a big hit of that ice tea!)

It's a straight up five-star product with only One problem....no seal replacements. REALLY need those. I lost one seal and the other is stretching out. PLEASE make the seals available.
