Keep's my coffee hot for a solid 5-6 hours and will keep ice frozen for a solid 16-20, which is right at the performance of my Yeti. Though I think I prefer the Auto-Seal system to the Snap-Seal. A+++

I love how it kept my coffee hot for hours. I love how the ice stayed solid for hours when I was drinking something cold. this is small enough that it fits nicely in my cupholder in my car too.

It keeps my cold drinks cold all morning (or afternoon) and my hot drinks hot (don't forget to vent periodically). Love it, love it, love it. You won't be disappointed.

Clean up is pretty easy too. One minor issue, probably due to over use, is that the O ring within the lid has became stretched and occasionally I have a leak run down the mug and onto me.

Have you lessen your design properties for cheaper material the better profits. I reside in Santa Cruz California.

Contigo really needs to remove the selling point that it is leak free when closed because that is actually false advertising. I would love a refund since I now have to replace this thing

It is slim enough for it to be easy to hold, but it is not to slim that you still get the perfect amount of liquid. The outside of this cup does not get hot, so it is easy to carry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Blanco from NEVER AGAIN I just purchased the Byron two weeks ago, the mug is the perfect size for me to carry around at work but as for the lid that is my only issue, I can not take it apart to give it a good cleaning. With my Yetis I have no problem cleaning the lids they are very easy to take apart and clean with no problem.

Make sure the rubber seal in the lid is in correctly if you do get a leak. The paint tends to chip on the colored ones after a few years but it doesn't affect the intended purpose.

Seals well no leaks. Stays cold all day if cold beverage is put in with ice. Snap has been sturdy no breaking off as with others that stick up further. Happy customer.

Love that I can put it on my front car seat and not worrying that I'll have a wet seat next to me or it slipping out of my hands because the entire bottle is covered in condensation.

I have bought 2 of these and have been showing up to work with cold coffee. I had a previous contigo travel mug, a different but similar model, that is working well despite buying it years prior.

Use this product every day on my way to work, it keeps the drink piping hot (sometimes too hot so I have started to add a little cold water before sealing the lid) and I keep it on the front seat of my car. It has not leaked once and is extremely nice to drink out of on the go. Really would recommend.

Perfect for nurses who make coffee at home and bring to work! It does stay hot for 6-8 hours but I like my coffee hot! It keeps things cold and fits easily into any backpack, purse or travel mug! Highly recommend!

We can sometimes get the black seal back in place but most of the time it leaks :( Keeps coffee and tea hot for hours. Really do love this mug just wish we didn't have the issue with the seals.

I got a pinched nerve in my thumb from trying and so sent them back. If you have strong hands (especially thumbs) these are probably great. I love the Westloops, but the tops are wearing out on about 6 of mine.

I can no longer use the mug, but would love a replacement lid to be able to keep using it. It keeps my coffee hot which is very important to me.

Once dented bottom wobbles. Inquiries to Contigo are ignored. Second one ive returned to the store. This will be the last. Also when you pop open hold away because it will spray you in the face

It does not close fully unless you really push down, It leaks, spills easily, and lid pops off if dropped (not idiot proof). After too many spills, I threw them out and went back to the Auto seal.

My coffee stays hot my entire route. I use them for my ice water at home too. I have fallen asleep and woken up the next day to find it still full of ice. Worth every penny.

However, it doesn't fit into a Subaru cup holder. More importantly - I'll fill it with SCORCHING-hot coffee before I leave the house, and within an hour, it's barely tepid.

My blue one also works great but the O ring is now stretched out and causes the mug to leak. It is less than a year old. Bring back the old O rings or offer replacements.
