Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly! My husband LOVES this water bottle and cannot stop raving about it! I am surprised how excited he is about it. We had the old version that we have had for years. He said this was flows so nicely, has a lock to the push button so water won’t leak, a cap so water doesn’t leak, and a hook to hook it on a gym bag or backpack. I will be ordering a couple for myself very soon! Contigo has such great quality that our old ones have lasted 3 years with daily use and multiple refills.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great water bottle with occasional issues I have had the Cortland 24 oz for a couple of years now. Unfortunately, I'm clumsy and I drop them and I have a tile floor which damages the can. Seems life after a couple of drops the insulation capability declines. I have had a problem with on lid leaking at the mouthpiece. I just fooled around with it and seems to be working now. Might be helpful to be able to get replacement on the lid itself. I love them overall and have given them as gifts to family members.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this water bottle This is perfect for my gym nights (I’ve been using it for the last year or so without issue) until last night when I went to take a drink and something went flying. My friend saw it but I didnt. It took me a few minutes to find it under a treadmill that was 10-12’ away Lol. The button broke off making it impossible to drink from. Not sure what caused it, and I know Contigos customer service will make this right- but has this happened to anyone else?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love drinking water because of this bottle Let me just get to it. I have the 32oz one in blue. I dreaded drinking water till this bottle came into my life. Every night I go to bed with this bottle next to me, it drives my boyfriend crazy but I don't care because I love this water bottle. I get really thirsty when I'm sleeping and this bottle makes it easy to gulp some ounces down without having to worry about spilling it all over myself. Thank you for coming up with this bottle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great until it started leaking I love my Cortland water bottle. I don't like water bottles with straws because I have think they get funky and are hard to clean. My Cortland water bottle is my 'go to' water bottle and I take it everywhere I go. Work, the gym, in the car and on my nightstand. I'm just disappointed because I'm so used to all my other Contigo bottles never leaking and this one does. It's only water but it makes a real mess if it tips over in my gym bag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I've been looking for a water bottle that holds 32 ounces & fits into my car holder... sadly this does not. It's too big. We have a Honda Civic & Dodge Charger & it's too big for both. The water bottle also spills where the mouthpiece is & comes out slow. It's almost like a sippy cup spigot. Would be better if the top was regular narrow mouth Hole & if it was a little thinner would fit into car cup holder . Won't be purchasing another.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was awesome until it started leaking I really used to love this water bottle but a few months in, the rubber seal in the lid stopped closing all the way every time I press the button and water will just flow out of it now. Can only keep it upright now otherwise it'll just soak my bag or whatever I'm setting it down on. Looks like they have a similar updated design lid on the chill bottles that my wife has, and that hasn't had any leaking issues that my cortland has.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenient but... I really do love the size and color of my water bottle, and it's easy to keep track of how much water I've had throughout the day. However, there are times when it leaks EVERYWHERE if you lay it on it's side. There are also times when you go to take a sip and a whole bunch of water leaks out of the lid and all over you. This is obviously pretty inconvenient/annoying/messy and is something this brand needs to look into fixing!

I like the size of it and having the locking seal is fantastic. My only caution is for those that want this for the gym or on the go is that water will leak regardless of the lock and doesn't fit in a standard cup holder. It makes a great bedside bottle. It also works great for the office.

I did have an issue with one after dropping it but the warranty is great and customer service was awesome. I got shipped a replacement in no time at all. This is the only brand water bottle I buy. I also have several coffee travelers from contigo, the best in my opinion!

He loves that it will clip to his backpack and stay closed. I loved those things, plus the bigger sizes my kids like and that you sell replacement lids. Hoping we don’t have to replace them anytime soon, they seem sturdier than what we were using. Would have given 5 stars if it was narrower to fit in cup holders.

I loved that this water bottle was 32 ounces but when I put it in my car cupholder it doesn’t fit the bottom is too large I would’ve gotten over that quickly but there’s a slight leak when it lays down with my most recent purchase. This is my fourth bottle. The first one broke because I dropped it on concrete when it was full but the other three bottles I’ve had the lid is broken on every single one of them

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't use it - poor design. Still looking for a decent water bottle - this isn't it. Too hard to use especially for someone with arthritis. The button you have to push is stiff, the lid is too big. Can't use it. Seems pretty fiddly frankly for a water bottle. Who needs a high tech lid????? Never got as far as seeing it leaking as some of the other reviewers have posted since I can't use it. Probably just as well...

It's lightweight, stands up to lots of drops, bumps and abuse, clips to my belt or backpack, seals tightly when I want it to and is easy to drink out of. I really like the 32 oz. size for hiking. I did eventually break the extra seal mechanism, but the lid still closes fine and I just ordered a couple more. I'll also order extra lids when they're back in stock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite water bottle. I love that this is truly a spill proof water bottle. I've had it for at least 3 yrs and it's holding up great. The size is perfect and the wide mouth makes it very easy to clean, and the spill proof component inside the lid opens to aid in cleaning. The large, round base does prevent it from fitting in some car cup holders but since it's spill proof I just sit down if that's the case.

I find drinking our of bottles with the little spout top or a straw to be too time consuming. One little sip at a time takes too long. With this bottle I can chug away and drink a lot at once. Thank you for designing it. I left one of mine somewhere and must buy some more.

This bottle is by far the best value with respect to quality and durability. Its design in workmanship is so well thought out and its so useful during driving and work when one hand is all that's available for multi tasking situations. Great work Contigo!

My body was worn, but this water bottle hung in there for the whole way. The whole time carrying it with my two fingers. No leaks, not cumbersome to carry, used one hand to operate, also a measuring device because it is graduated, the clip on device is pretty slick as well

It's great for a heavy drinker on the go (fits cup holders!). I prefer a chug and this also has a lock feature that has def saved my purse or gym bag many times. It's been 3 years since I first started getting these and don't anticipate stopping.

I can fill it part way with water and freeze it, then fill it the rest of the way with water, put the cap on, and have cold water for hours. It was hard to find this model in a store this year, so I was thrilled to find it online.

Also, it doesn't have that pop-up straw that I find annoying. If I drop my water bottle, the part my mouth goes on will never touch the floor because it doesn't stick out. It doesn't leak and it's easy to use and clean.

I like that its 32oz and it has the clip on the handle so I can clip it on my purse/bag and free up my hands. I've dropped it countless times and it only has superficial dings, no cracks or leaks! I wish they would make this design in the Aluminum 32oz!

The bottle has a nice quality lid with the lock and small handle. It's a spill, drip free lid. Good for cold or lightly warm drinks. Easy to clean. Also dishwasher safe.
