The design is perfect for my family. The size is great for a day at the office or a day out hiking. We also try to avoid plastic water bottles as much as possible, so I love this steal design. I also really love the autoseal to avoid leaks. It's easy to lock, open, and carry. Plus, it's easy to clean which is so important!

We love that they added the locking option, the spout is much easier to drink out of then the previous versions, our ice stays in the mug overnight. I love cold water and this mug is not only pretty, but so functional. The top handle makes it so easy to tote the mug with us on the beach, and everywhere I go. It doesn't leak in my purse either. Just want them to make it in a pretty green color. I do like my Contigo mug with the rubber where I hold it, easier grip, the curve on this Cortland where you hold it is very helpful too. Keep up the great work Contigo!! My cupboard is overflowing with Contigo mugs in all varieties!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Vegasgal from NOT Insulated (only stays cool for a few hours)! I purchased FOUR total bottles (2 of the 24 oz & 2 of the 32 oz)! I already had two of the Contigo 24 oz but NOT insulated (love them because the one-handed cap is my favorite); so, when I got email stating I could get my same great cap, but INSULATED, I was thrilled! NONE of the 4 I ordered are insulated (very cold water gets room temperature after just a few hours)! I’m sure if I add ice cubes it will stay cooler for longer but these are NOT insulated! I have only used these indoors! Disappointed in deception by a product I have loved in the past!

This autoseal lid is the most convenient thing ever, it's very durable, I could go on and on. After 3 years, it's finally time to get another one :)

It holds 24oz which is enough to get me from morning to lunch time before I need to refill it. The auto seal option it has is very nice so if you accidentally knock it over you don't have to worry about spills. It's easy to drink through the opening at the top and it seals tight when you're done. It's a nice overall size that's not bulky to carry and is easy to hold.

I have dropped this bottle way too many times and some how it still dosen't leak. It has weathered everything from mountain biking to running and just hanging out at the house where dogs and cats love to mess with it. I cannot give enough praise for this water bottle. It's still going strong and I'm am beyond impressed on how long it's lasted. If I ever, for some reason, need a new water bottle I will be buying this again, for sure. Thank you for making such a great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Clara from NOT at all leak proof Bought the 24oz Contigo autoseal because I am a disabled person and often drop my water bottle while bedridden so leaks become a big mess. I was excited about the narrow design which is easier for my hands to grip, the plastic lid because I hate putting my lips to metal, the flip-ring handle makes for easy carrying, and the spout cover gives me added leak-proof protection... or so I expected... Ive been using it for a whole day now and it is absolutely NOT LEAK PROOF at all. I just dont get it. Ive had sevveral friends inspect it with me but no matter what lock/lid/tightness configuration we've tried, the thing still leaks everywhere through the spout if it is tilted on its side. What is the point of it other than just being an overpriced insulated water tumbler? VERY disappointed

It does a good job keeping my water cold, and it is 100% spill proof!!! Also, it easily fits in my backpack and car cupholder. I've dropped this thing MANY times, and its not dented. The handle on the lid did break off, but I don't mind, especially since I've dropped it so much. This truly is my go to emotional support water bottle. I like that I can chug out of it lol, I feel like it makes me drink more water than when I use my *very popular water bottle brand* with a straw. The last time these same bottles did this I called you all and to my surprised you sent me 2- new ones free as they have a great warranty. These are my favorite bottles but rarely they drip all over me!I don't know why some leak, it only start leaking?? Can you please let me know if these can be replace I would appreciate it thanks..took a pic of both but this site won’t sent them. Thanks Karen Rouchon

Just today he dropped it...on concrete, from about four feet. Many many other containers have met the same brutal treatment at the hands of my sons and did not survive. I could not be more impressed with the durability of this, and I appreciate the seal so that it doesn’t leak. This keeps his water nice and cold for hours and fits into regular cup holders. Very satisfied!

They are a bit dented and nicked and the purple ones have had the purple peel off in the dishwasher AND I still say these are the BEST bottles ever. Keeps hot for a long time. overnight certainly. Keeps cold just as long. Easy to clean, and one handed drinking makes it my bottle of choice. I am finding this model harder to find. These are so precious to me that I will drive way out of my way to retreive if I leave it somewhere. I was hoping to find this in a 16 oz size to fit in my purse.

Rated 1 out of 5 by keecats from Lid is Awful! The beverage in the bottom starts to warm after 5-6 hours. The lid is terrible because the locking mechanism does not stay in place. I have both the 20 oz and the 24 oz, and both lids have this issue. I am not as concerned with cold water as I am with the lids. Because others have had success with the lids, I would like to receive replacements to see if they are simply deformed.

I work in forestry, and require 1) a lot of water every day and 2) significant durability. This bottle fits the bill. It is tall and narrow, making it easily fit in any car cupholder. The construction is sturdy and my water stays cold all day. As you can see from the photos, the bottle itself has many small scratches and dents, but it has not lost its vacuum seal and performs just as well as when I got it. The last point I’ll mention is that it’s easy to clean. The “auto seal” lid has a lot of moving parts, but it also flips open to allow complete cleaning of all crevices. With proper care, this bottle will always be clean and ready for use. Try one out! I think you’ll love it as much as I do.

I was so impressed, I bought one for every member of my family. BUT. I need a stainless one in GREEN. Please make on in greens. I have one daughter that has everything in green. This is the 3rd Contigo water bottle I have purchase but the first metal on. I had not noticed how much better the water tastes from a stainless steel container vs a plastic one. The Double-wall vacuum-insulated aspect of it keep my water nice and cold for many hours. I have noticed that I crave the taste of my water from this bottle vs my other Contigo bottles and I end up drinking far more. I am about to order a second one for my desk at work.

This is the second contigo product I have the other is a travel mug, I've had it a very long time and still works great. It shows it's wear and tear.

I originally loved the bottle but after a few weeks, the auto seal loosened and the water bottle would leak. If I didn’t have that issue, it would be my forever favorite water bottle.

The milk stays fresh for up to 24 hours so I don't have issue getting the milk I bring for my son to spoil. Also use this as milk container that I bring to the room for easy access so i don't have to go back in and out the room to get milk for my son when he wake up at night. No leak. And it sealed really good. I so loved this contigo
