Rated 4 out of 5 by Adare from Nice product, but haven't had it long enough, yet. I just purchased it from a big brand store. Nov2023 Black Friday. Great thermo 20 oz tumbler mug with handle, keeps things hot and cold, for long periods of time. And does not leak. But, only reason a 4 star is because the lid does not tighten to a spot to sip the drink at a comfort spot. I wasn't too keen on the lid design at first. My nose is not big, but you definitely need to tilt your head back to drink more than a sip from it. Definitely design as a sipping lid. I was hoping I could put a straw in it, to help keep my head up. But, no. I understand that it is a state of the art unique design to keep it leak and spill proof. But, not sure if it will hold up for the long haul. The soft rubber sealing plug, seems to be kinda thin. I actually bought a 20 oz tumbler from another big brand store, and the lid does the same thing, on this mug, too.

Love that there is an easy to hold handle. Mug is leak-proof with the snapseal lid. The shape of the mug is easy to clean. The lid is dishwasher safe, but the body requires hand washing. Mug can keep liquid hot for 7 hours and cold for 18 hours. Mug fits in my car cup holder. I use it to safely transport my morning coffee to work.

It fits perfectly in any cup holder, for the most part. If you have a deeper cup holder it may not fit due to the handle. This keep hot drinks hot for hours at a time. Same with cold but you can’t feel the temperature while holding it. Great mug overall!

The problem with this one is that the snap seal when snapped in place does not open without a tool of some sort. Not handy when you're on the go! I wish I could buy another lid and see if it worked better, but I cannot find anywhere that sells the lids only. I am bummed!

Cold drinks stays cold with ice and all into the next day. My hot drinks remain hot for many hours- so if you are in need of a mug to keep hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold then I recommend this mug.

But the lid is very hard to loosen and fiddly to get back on exactly right. I know it's probably made that way so it doesn't leak, hopefully it will loosen up a bit with use. I also prefer a bit larger hole for drinking.

Unfortunately all too soon the mechanism that allowed coffee to flow broke so this pricey cup is worthless . Sadly I just purchased a second one which, based on other reviews, undoubtedly will break down in a short time.

And it keeps my drink warm for many hours. It fits in the cupholder of my car which is really important to me and it doesn’t spill when I’m driving.

This is the worst design for a handle. I personally need a handle. Yeti might be a better choice for me because the handle is built into the cup design not an attachment.

My blouse got wet when I took a sip from it. Have to open it to drink from it . I recommend this item it’s good just the leaking.
