I drink mostly hot drinks and tested it for 4 hours with it still being hot. I has a vacuum seal that prevents spills and leaks and there's a lock to further ensure no leaks. The only thing that's a little annoying is that you do have to press the button while drinking. Overall this is a great mug and comes in handy!

Exactly what I needed for my All inclusive trip. Not only will it keep all My drinks cold in the sun when I'm lounging on the Caribbean beaches but also my favorite part is ....its spill proof!!! Throw it into my beach bag, and I'm on the move without worrying it will ruin my stuff. The design is also chic and fancy and what girl doesn't LOVE fancy!!

I love the finish; it’s like spotted glitter metallic but most of all I love that there is no way you’ll spill your drink whether you are driving or just exercising with the mug - you need to hold the button on top to get the liquid going and if you really want to toss it aside there is additional lock button . It’s not too big and difficult to handle. I like that it is spill proof and I tested this multiple times after I dropped it! It keeps my coffee very hot for a very long time good and bad I suppose I like the color and texture came in, overall this is a great travel and I would definitely get more of them.

It claims to be leak proof, spill proof, keep hot 11 hours and cool for 24. The Autoseal technology has a button to open the drinking spout and automatically closes when released. There is a slide lock to lock the button to prevent accidental opening. The easy open cap is to be able to get into the lid to clean. There is even a small hook on the inside of the lid to hold a tea bag. I do find the cool claim is true for 24 hours. It does not keep hot for 11 hours. It was room temp at most at the 11th hour. I like the button function, it is very handy and easy to clean. I don't see the point of having a tea bag hook, since it will get soaked inside the tumbler anyway. Overall it is a decent tumbler that I will continue to use.

It keeps drinks hot (or cold) for hours, and the AutoSeal lid is truly spill-proof – a must-have for commutes. The press-and-hold drinking mechanism takes a little getting used to, but the added lock provides extra peace of mind. Cleaning is a breeze, and the handy tea bag hook is a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

I wish it would give an estimate of hours warm or cold. The tea hook is helpful so that you don’t have to dig around for your teabag. I wish it was more clear if lid was dishwasher safe or not. I like how it folds apart for easier cleaning. The no leak function works as it should.

The color is unique and the bottle is easy and lightweight to hold. My drinks have stayed hot/cold all day! I have experienced zero leaks while drinking out of this mug as well. My only negative is that I wish that the body of the mug and not just the lid were dishwasher safe.

I took it out on a kayak where it got jostled around and it didn't spill. The major downside is it's hard to clean. The lid part can be opened to be cleaned but there are so many nooks and crannies that it can't be thoroughly cleaned to my liking with a scrubber. So smells from other things tend to linger...

(it says i was supposed to get a 12oz cup but i actually got a 16oz)

Best I ever had (-Drake) and I’ve tried everything! It’s 100% leak proof because you have to press on the button to open the mouthpiece to take a sip. And it’s made perfectly for your hand to specifically make it easy to press and be able to drink at the same time. It kept my coffee hot like it just came out! Really love it.

The mug is not only stylish but also has a beautiful color and shiny design. It arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using Contigo travel mugs for about 4-5 years, and I love the “no spill” feature. I’ve accidentally knocked it over a few times, and there was zero leakage! To drink, you simply press the button, and you can lock it when not in use. I’ve even carried it in my handbag, sometimes horizontally, and it still doesn’t spill. While I haven’t extensively tested the temperature retention, it did keep my coffee hot for several hours. Overall, I love these mugs—they work great and never leak. I actually own several of them!

The locking spill free feature is nice for travel but it’s a little cumbersome as you have to push it every time you take a drink. Also, I think it should include instructions, it took me forever to figure out the locking system and not everyone is going to scan a QR code for instructions.

I like the locking mechanism to ensure no leakage and haven’t had any issues with leaking I’ve also dropped it least two times already and no dents or scratches. I also like how the lead opens up on the inside to help with cleaning. It’s so cool! And the tea bag holder is a plus!

It is a travel mug that insulates about as well as any other bottle similar to it in the market. I put hot coffee in the morning and it’s still warm by early afternoon. I love the idea of the tea bag hook, but when I used it, the bag string still fell off. I might just leave the string outside the cap as I usually do, but no biggie. I like the lock feature and it’s been pretty easy to use and sip. No leaks either so far which is great! My only other recommendation for Contigo is to come out with more attractive colorways. That’s how competitors like Stanley and Owala and Yeti win! I personally along with many of my female friends would love pastel ones with white cap instead of black. If I’m carrying a cup around everyday, I’d like it to look nice and be functional. No reason we can’t have both!

It has 2 locking features. One is take your finger off the "push" feature and it is like putting on the brakes. If you do that and also slide the lock to the side, it's like putting on "parking brakes". No leakage either way, and double protected.

First of all, this actually fits in the cup holder in my car. Secondly, it keeps my hot drinks very hot and my cold drinks are very cold for long periods of time. Thirdly, it doesn't leak whatsoever. Finally, it's very easy to clean and is lightweight, so it makes traveling with it effortless.
